Lack of concern from Loungefly Europe
Placed an order on Loungefly Europe website on 9th October, paid £9 Express Delivery. Within the hour I was given tracking and told the package was awaiting courier collection - DHL confirmed the same.
As it was my wife's birthday (today 18th Oct) I wanted the item for then.
At days 4-7 I've used their Live Chat and sent emails and only on day 7 I received a response telling me I would receive a replacement and to look out for the tracking details in an email.
It's now day 9, no email, DHL still says “Shipment information received” and Loungefly's tracking tells me that instead of an estimated date of delivery its just “Awaiting Carrier Pickup”.
The only thing I have to show from Loungefly is my money missing from my bank account.
This company is absolutely terrible
This company is absolutely terrible. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM unless you want potential problems. They used to be great when they were based out of Seattle now they ship from Arizona which is run by lazy drug addict douchebags kids. This is the last order I will be purchasing from this company. Done forever. This company sucks now and has toxic culture and customer service along with their highly inflated prices and decline in quality. I can’t wait to hear this company ends.

I have never experienced any issues in my years of shopping. This company is horrible. I ordered to mini backpacks 138$ . The good thing I went thru PayPal and I was able to get my refund. If not i would’ve been screwed. It took 3 weeks for delivery and what i received was literally small boxes of toys, which i didn’t order. Calling it’s impossible, no one to speak to and emails never responded to my 20 emails I sent !! My patience was lost with this company. I swore I will continue with all my bad reviews on all social media platforms for awareness to innocent people not to buy from this company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. The funny thing is that I keep getting emails from them to find out my experience with them and they get the same complaint!! Still no notification from Loungefly/ Funko
Poor quality
Really adorable Disney Princess black and white back pack. Unfortunately the fake leather straps cracked in a few weeks of normal use and now the zipper broke a few months later. I paid a lot for the bag and hoped to pass it to my daughter, but no longer able to. I have had these types of bags in the past and they were of excellent quality. So sad this happened to the company. Don't buy online as you can't confirm the quality.

Purchased a Hocus Pocus Loungefly bag and matching wallet from IWOOT in 2022.
Price was high even with them being in the sale. However as a hocus pocus fan I decided that it would be a good investment.
Recently the front image on the bag has become faded and part of Winifred’s hair has come off on the bag.
When you pay a lot you expect better, especially with the Disney association.
Contacted Funko who are apparently the ones dealing with Loungefly queries only to be passed to several different branches now to be told to reach out to the community as they don’t have the experience in how to rectify the problem.
So basically live with it damaged! Will never purchase another loungefly bag or recommend anyone does. I expected better from such a large company!
Terrible quality control
Terrible quality control. The product was a defective, poorly made factory seconds. The resolution was to issue money off vouchers for future orders. This is not compensatory at all for the actual order the issue is being raised on and there is no plausible reason that this ‘future discount’ couldn’t be applied to the original order other than to force more sales. There are better ways to retain customers than using these underhanded tactics. A further insult is the voucher is account specific and with a short 3 month period, it should be at least a proper gift card.

Purchased the nightmare before Christmas mini backpack the coffin shaped one and u can hardly fit anything in there, plus it smells like someone scrapped in it.. No matter what I do I can not get the horrible smell out of it each time I open it it just is so bad... Never have the backpacks purchased at Disneyland smelled this bad.. Wow will not be purchasing from loungefly again.. So horrible smell like crap literally.... Like the design of the bag but can't fit hardly anything in it plus it's so tight that it doesn't open properly and hands get stuck... Horrible product
Zipper breaks in less then 6 months
I ordered 3 backpack purses from loungefly and I love them but the only problem I have it the zipper goes out so fast in them. I have had this last one for 5-6 months and already having issues with the zipper. My other two lasted less than a year and the zippers went out. I’m not rough with the bags but I do use them everyday as my main purse if I’m going to spend that much money on something I’m going to get the full use of it. The bags are so cute why would I not want to show it off.

My friends got me one backpack for my birthday, and it had an obvious faulty: the paint in the princess wasn't aligned with the draw of her. They didn't notice when they received it, but I did, so I wrote to the customer service and, firstly, they wanted me to pay for the return label because, I quote, "that is not a faulty product" and, secondly (when I achieved they replaced the backpack for free because IT IS a faulty product), the second one they sent was even more unaligned, so I ask a refund and I had to write back to them because two weeks later of its arrival to the warehouse they haven't paid back the money.

Since this company does not let you write reviews I’ll do it here 🤷🏻♀️ I placed an order 2 weeks ago, both items size small, took forever to get delivered btw and when I finally got my order I got 3XL size instead of small, how do you go from small to 3 XL? I have no idea, I contacted customer service and they said oh the labels were swiped, lies! They were not, the label said very clear 3XL and the best part was oh we can’t offer u an exchange bc the item is sold out, so basically they oversold the item and sent me whatever was left hoping I wouldn’t complain, absolutely horrible!!! The worse part is, since it takes so long to get your order, by the time it arrives you’re screwed, so lesson learned, I’ll never order from this website again

Paypal refunded me instantly, that tells me there's something going on, and it's not good.
This was a gift for someone and as I write this, today is the day I needed this backpack and it's not here and nobody knows where it is 🤣

Based on these reviews I was TERRIFIED that I had gotten scammed, im glad I went through with my order. I placed my order Feb 22nd , my shipping info was sent out Feb 25th and my order delivered March 5th. It was EXACTLY as described , Loungefly is definitely legit & I cannot wait to order more. I wouldn’t recommend rushing to get it , order it way in advance so you have some cushion time

I ordered 2 hoodies on dec 13. They “shipped” on Dec 16. But the tracking as of Jan 2nd STILL says “UPS has not received the package”. I filed a report with customer service on Dec. 20th and haven’t heard anything yet. I also messaged them on TikTok and instagram. I tried to file a claim with UPS but was told I needed to go through loungefly. I tried to do a claim through Afterpay, which I stupidly used, and they said there is not enough info to file a claim because I have not been able to get a response from loungefly. I am out $120 and I’m LIVID. Never ordering from them again.

I never received the lizzie mcguire mini backpack that I ordered in pre-order, according to them they sent it and only created a label but UPS never received the package. To this day it still has the same information that UPS does not have the package to give me an estimated delivery date. According to a loungefly employee, she tells me that they sent me a replacement since according to them the package was lost. Oh yeah right!! I never received the new replacement order number nor the new tracking number, which led me to a very strong dispute against them and their customer service and even a claim with my bank against funko LLC, they were not left to give me a full refund of my money. I advise you to buy from amazon, hot topic or box lunch because this company has no professional ethics, they are irresponsible and scammers.

If I could rate a 1/2 star, I would. This company doesn't even deserve 1 whole star. I pre-ordered the Lizzy McGuire backpack for my wife when they gave the option. My order was placed on November 21st. The pre-order "guaranteed ship date" was December 4th. Well, when December 4th came around, my order still did not ship. So I tried calling Loungefly, but guess what? They don't have a customer support phone number. They request you email them, BUT ONLY ONCE, which takes almost 3 weeks to get a response. Long story short, I didn't get an answer until December 12th when my order shipped, A WEEK AFTER PROMISED. I just received my order and they have the nerve to ask me to rate their customer service. So here it is. You get 1/2 a star. This was the most irritating and stressful buying experience I have ever had with any store. Overall, HORRIBLE experience! I will absolutely NOT buy anything from them again.
Annoying First Time Experience
I purchased the The Nightmare Before Christmas Exclusive Mayor Spinning Head Figural Crossbody Bag during their Black Friday Sale on the 23rd. Then on the 27th the price changed again as part of the sale, which I had no idea would happen. I contacted support to see if they would honor a price match since I had ordered during the exact same sale in which the prices had changed. I was told that they do not price match. This left me feeling very annoyed. Then the bag came in today (Dec 2nd) and I noticed it has scratches on the plastic window (they are on the outer part). On the inner part there seems to be some sort of smudges which one cannot access to clean off. Overall this has been a very unpleasant experience. The item is out of stock so I don't think I'll get a replacement, and if I'm given a refund, I'll have to look for another gift. I am currently unsure if I'll purchase from this company again.
Dodgy zips - Bad quality
I've purchased 3 Loungefly items, and every single one, the zip has bust in the first couple of times using the item.
I've got 2 mini backpacks and a wallet.
For the price, you would think the products would be better quality.

I ordered a hoodie and a tote bag but they charged me tax on both! In NJ, there’s no sales tax on clothes! Emailed them for 4 weeks but they ignored my emails until I ‘threatened’ to take the matter to somewhere else! They finally replied and said they won’t refund the wrongly charged sales tax but will allow me to return the item for free! I even said I will accept credits for future purchases! No more! First of all I want the item! Second and most importantly, I am not going to put myself through their customer service again! I wanted to give zero star but wasn’t able to!
