I placed an order and an item was left out- never got it
I placed an order and an item was left out of the order. There is no phone number so you have to email- it took seven days for them to respond. The response stated they would send the missing item but it would take two weeks to do it. Two weeks later, I emailed again because there was no new shipment confirmation. It took five days to respond this time only for them to say, well, it is now out of stock, sorry. While they did agree to give my money back, I have to wait 3-5 days and nearly a month since the original purchase date- had they shipped it when they were notified of the mistake, it was still in stock at that time. There was no real apology and almost like a cheerful, but hey we're giving you your money back, that should fix it right? I guess I should not be surprised given their other reviews.
Pleasantly surprised
I gave 4 because I really prefer places with a customer service number. The email thing is awful. With that said, my BEAUTIFUL backpack arrived quicker than I thought based on all the negative reviews. It shipped, and came pretty much when they said it would. She was in the cellophane bag, and wrapped in bubble wrap. I also ordred a wallet, that was also wrapped. I ordred 11/27th, she arrived 12/7...Thank you loungefly for my Sequin Beauty, and getting her here in time for Christmas.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a backpack over a month ago. When I checked the status it said it had been delivered. I never received any packages or anything. When I contacted the customer service they told me it was delivered and that I needed to go to my post office and talk to neighbors. I did all that and again no packages. I contacted them again and they told me they could only do a 10% refund because they lost money as well. They also then told me they sent the wrong package and I needed to find it and send it back before I'd get the item I purchased. I've been going back and forth with them for days now and they just told me they can only do a partial refund because they lost money. At the end of the day I never got my order and even then they never even sent it and said they sent the wrong item anyway. I have taken screenshots of my conversations with them and will be posting. Horrible Horrible customer service. I do not recommend wasting your time or money on this company!
Don’t purchase!
Ordered on 9/15.. item never received . I’ve been arguing with them for almost a week. They kept stating item delivered and it wasn’t. Their response they shipped the wrong item and wanted ME to look for it. I explained nothing was delivered I also check the post office. So instead of shipping out a new item or offering me a full refund, they decided they wanted to offer me only 10% refund. That’s a slap in the face. You’re trying to BLAME the customer for something your staff has done. NEVER BUY FROM THEM. The item I purchased was for my partner’s birthday last month . Now I’m angry she won’t receive it. Don’t let their sale price fool you. They will swindle you like they did me

Returned but no refund
I bought a backpack and I didn't like the way it felt on me, so they sent me a UPS label to send back, so I did. I got a confirmation from UPS they received it. I gave haven't gotten any response since! That was 4 weeks ago. I left so many messages and voicemails. I filed a complaint with BBB and through PayPal. Nothing since then. I would kept that damn backpack if I knew I wouldn't get my refund. Next time I'll only order from Amazon.
LITERAL Scam Artists
Do NOT purchase from the loungefly site. I purchased a backpack and was sent a childish pikachu bag instead, cheaper and flimsier than the one I purchased. I told them to send the correct thing and they basically said sorry we sold out, then told me they wouldn’t refund me unless I sent them back the product they sent to me by mistake. By law you don’t have to but they act like you do. I told them I’d get my money back from my card and they told me they’d challenge it from their end. The little weasels who run this company should walk home with their tail between their legs. Thank God I wasn’t raised to be a lowlife like that. It’s so sad how they openly let you know they are scamming you and flaunt it in your face. I reported them to BBB and you should too. They deserve to be shut down. They are literally STEALING money from people.

I ordered July 5th and received a backpack that was packaged and I box that was way too small for the backpack resulting in it arriving bent and damaged. The zipper is also faulty. Customer service won't help me with a replacement or refund. I technically have not received what I ordered. It doesn't state I. The product description that it'll arrive damaged an with faulty zippers.
Took them to BBB and left a review there as well.
Awful customer service
Awful customer service! I wish there was a zero rating. I ordered a Cinderella bag for a birthday gift in plenty of time. I opened the package to find daffy duck! Not even close to what I ordered!!! I immediately contacted customer support. I was told I'm sorry, but we can not expedite orders even though it's our error, and I can not guarantee you will receive the correct bag the next time around. And you have to return the original bag, which I am happy to do, BEFORE we ship another one! This company sucks! I will NEVER spend a penny with any of these affiliated companies again! So, my return will take approximately 4 weeks for me to get my refund!!!
Scam
I paid for a purse and have been waiting over a month to get it. When I try to track my order, the page is not found. I sent two emails to customer support and no reply. I just got got!
Terrible service …
They take absolutely no responsibility in defects in their products. Purchased a Loungefly bag and the strap was not sewn properly - a manufacturer issue and it’s only been used a handful of times and they basically said they’ll try not to let it happen anymore, sorry sucks to be you. Wouldn’t recommend for the price you pay for it.

Just got an email saying unfortunately item is out of stock for a refund please return items that were sent in error for refund. Item was in stock when I ordered it and got an order confirmation. Got a return label for the back pack I never received 🤷♀️

Irresponsible customer service and quality assurance
Purchasers should know that LoungeFly offers no warranty, provides no customer service in the event of a problem with their products, and will not address any product quality issues. The zipper on my knapsack broke after a month and here was their reply: "we do not currently offer a warranty on our products and are not able to exchange or replace items". Their suggestions were to have the zipper repaired at my own expense ($200) or return it to the retailer, which was not an option. Frustrating and irresponsible.
No refund or warranty policy
I bought a limited edition bag from loungefly and the seams ripped within 2 months of using this purse. I messaged them requesting a refund with pictures of the bag, tags, and receipt and they did nothing. I spent $100 on this bag and I was disappointed with the poor quality. I’m a loyal customer but now I’m not sure I want to purchase things from them anymore.
Buyer beware
Buyer beware! My husband purchased a special edition 50th Anniversary Disney backpack for me. I loved it and was so excited! I am extra cautious with it knowing it is a special edition. I was really upset when I noticed the straps cracked and are tearing away. When I contacted the manufacturer, they said they do not give a warranty even though it is obviously poor quality. $100 out the window! I won't be buying anytjing else from them!

I ordered 3 Sgt. Pepper's bags on Cyber Monday of last year. Not only did they not show up until this year, but the thread trim is in rough shape and already fraying, and the bags arrived looking squished. Not worth the money or the hype.
Bags are not fit for purpose
I purchased a Loungefly bag which isn’t cheap! The strap has broken within a month so I contacted lounge fly and basically it’s tough luck! Their bags are not fit for purpose.
