Why Have a Holiday Sale if Items Arrive AFTER the Holidays?
I ordered an item during their Black Friday sale in November. It was meant to be a Christmas present, but it didn’t arrive until AFTER Christmas.
I contacted customer service but only received a generic email in return. I finally received a more direct response to my message on January 1st (AFTER Christmas.) The email said I had to contact them for a refund within seven days of delivery, but the response from the company came days AFTER delivery. So I didn’t even have the courtesy of that full week to return the product.
On January 13th, the company sent out a mass email apologizing for issues with holiday orders. (So it was a widespread problem, apparently.) But I won’t be buying from this company again, thanks.

This is unacceptable. My package was just delivered. I told you in my previous message that we celebrate our Yule on December 21st. I got to sit there and watch everyone else open presents while I had nothing. Your ridiculous message saying I can get 15% off a future order isn't good enough. I don't think I want to do business with you anymore, cute bags or not. Screw you Loungefly. Screw you. Your customer service is terrible. The last couple of times I've ordered with you I've had this problem. Should have learned it the last time. I'll be posting on social media. Thanks for a terrible holiday, despite the fact that I ordered a month ahead you didn't even SHIP until December 24th!

Customer Service? Returns? Nah. Not possible.
Placed an order. Took weeks to fulfill. Would not cancel the order after such a long delay in shipment, because “fulfillment begins immediately” but somehow also takes weeks. Asked to return the items after they finally arrived, waited several days to get a response that I would get a label in a week. Waited two weeks, no label and no response. Filed a claim with PayPal and still no response. Their product has been sitting in a box ready to return for weeks now, and I cannot get a label or return authorization to send it back. I complied fully with their utterly ridiculous 7 day return policy, but after weeks and weeks of waiting I cannot get anyone to respond. Unacceptable.

I ordered two items almost a month ago. They only shipped one and will not reply to emails asking where my other item is. Customer service is basically non existent. You cannot phone them. So now it seems I’ve just lost $50.
No customer services
They sent 4 damaged items.
I have been trying to contact with their customer service for a week.
Never answer!
