Horrible. Took forever to ship. And then there was a problem. They have NO customer service. They email you with trivia, and you have no way to respond. If you have a problem with your very expensive order, they won’t solve it. They’ll ignore you until you go away.
Please save your money and don't shop here
- Took ages upon ages to ship, even though their website said otherwise.
- couldn't ship the entire order.
Should be possible to have control over stock in these ages.
- Didn't recieve an update that they parcel was shipped even though i was promised otherwise. Only ever got a confirmation and partial refund notice.
- Customer service didn't respond in timely manner and when they did it seemed non caring and auto generated.
- Must have been using the slowest method ever to ship the goods.
- I Didn't recieve the parcel. It says delivered, but the package might have been stolen or lost. Didn't recieve the usual photo of the parcel either by postnord.
If i had recived the tracking number, i could have made so that i was home.
Funko says it was delivered, and won't take responsibility, so the money and/product is lost.

All in all a cold and unwelcome experience. I have never experienced the likelihood from any other company.
I have not only lost faith in the webstore, but also Funko/Loungefly as a brand and won't be purchasing any products from any retailer.
I mean... They sell cutesy stuff and all, but for that price even during sale, you'll be better off.

Ordered items from their website, they sent me the wrong items. I email visionner support and they replied by saying as soon i as I ship the order back to them I will get my refund. Well I did just that shipped back all their things new still with tags never used and 3 weeks after they still haven’t refunded me my 300$ and thru now ignore all my messages!
Bought a bag for over 90 dollars
Bought a bag for over 90 dollars. Took them several days to ship, fine. Measurements of the bag on the website were incorrect by about a foot, okay. I received the bag and it is new with tags, but stained on the front and has printing errors. No response at all from customer service. I wish I had read the reviews here first.

I purchased 2 of the harey potter house bads with the chain strap on November of 2023. My daughter carried hers 3 times in January and the link that connects the chain to the bag fell apart. I just started carrying mine and the same exact thing happened. Unable to get a return, repair or replacement so now I'm out $180.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. The price of an item dropped just a couple hours after I placed the order. They would not adjust it and told me I could return the item but would have to pay for return shipping plus the cost of original shipping would be deducted from the refund. They messages were rude and no effort was made to do anything for the customer such as offer a coupon etc. I will never use loungefly etc again. Worst customer service and it's not like the loungefly items are cheap.

You can’t reach anyone by phone and no one from customer service answers your emails. The phone numbers are just outgoing messages with no way to reach a human or leave a message. If I knew this company was this was difficult to reach I would not have ordered.
Hard Core Rainbow Brote fan
I ordered a Rainbow Brite tote bag for $35 on Backstage Merch/Fanatics and it was shipped and delivered the very next day. I started to order through that site again because they have a lot of Loungefly bags and accessories on their site and they ship it the next day. Delivery is so awesome so thought it was a scam but I got my package very quickly ordering from Backstage Merch/Fanatics.
I should have ordered from the same site because Loungefly not only took 4 days to ship, I should get the package 10 days later according to UPS. Loungefly sells for $80 a mini bag and Backstage will have $60 mini bag sales and they ship free and they treat you like you should be treated after buying expensive bags. I ordered on a Wednesday and it was shipped Monday and I am said to get it Friday.
I hope the quality of the bag is worth the price. I only noticed Loungefly because of the Rainbow Brite collection. I won’t order from Loungefly again based on their shipping delays.
So disappointing
Bought a loungefly Disney bag via Amazon. On the first use, the zip completely stops working which is a bit of a nightmare when in Disneyland.
Contacted loungefly and they will do absolutely nothing. So disappointing from such a big company when their prices are absolutely astronomical.
Defective pin
I contacted their customer service, after finally getting a chaser pin I'd been trying to pull for a long time. Sadly, the pin had a major defect and instead of being willing to send a replacement or a complimentary pin to make up for the defected one I received, they gave me a 10% off code for the website. This is a discount that anyone who signs up for emails gets! Very frustrating!
Awful quality
I ordered a bag through Mercari but it was originally bought through Loungefly. I have bought 3 different loungefly bags and all of them have cracked on the straps after just a few times wearing. They also put suede on some of their bags making them unusable in inclement weather or in the parks. For the price, these bags are horrible quality. I tried 3 times to give them a chance but all 3 times I was disappointed. I hope they start to make their bags with better quality in the future.

I received the wrong item. I’ve been trying to get in contact with loungefly but the only option is to email. I emailed over a week ago with no response. At first they said expect a response in 48 hours then it was 7 days, now they won’t even offer a response time. It’s absolutely ridiculous and there’s no other way to contact them

As disappointed as I am to have to give this company a 3*** review vs a 5***** review I have too. Here's why;
I bought two bags
1.) A $95.00 Alice in Wonderland bag ("backpack mini")
2.) A $124.99 Pokemon Umbreon bag ("backpack mini")
The Alice bag came in with a crease down the front of the artwork. I tried everything to get it out but I couldn't. When I emailed them about it I recieved 0 messages back. I emailed 2x more over 2 weeks and didn't get a single response.
The second Umbreon bag I bought was gorgeous except that the strap had strings hanging off it (shedding) and looks like if I wear/use it it'll be broken in a couple days or weeks not months or years like it should last for. Especially since I'm meticulous with my bags&shoes. (Esp. my Wonderland & Pokemon collectible items.) Which is why I bought those 2 bags to keep and collect and use sparingly. But now I have 2 bags with flaws. No response from the company and I don't know what to say or do.
Which is why I'm so disappointed since I've seen loungefly bags in stores like lunchbox and Spencer's and hottopic and there always beautiful! (Which is why I went on there website & bought the 2 styles I wanted they didn't have in store!!)
Should I not have bought from the website? Is that the issue buying directly from the company? But the stores didn't have the ones I wanted.
So, yea....I'm bummed and stumped. & stuck with 2 bags I really, really wanted. Saved for, was so excited to get in...only to fear wearing one & having the other creased and looking weird. So bummed. Just wish they'd do something to fix this for me!

Zero stars actually as I think it's a scam website, or maybe the PayPal link was hacked and someone was taking the payments. I tried to order some cute smoko toy for my daughter for Christmas 11/29/23. I was checking out and paid through PayPal. First transaction I made set up an auto recurring daily or weekly payment to some person's name, not loungfly, I was able to cancel quickly as I got a notification from PayPal. And it never brought me back to the website to complete my order and confirm shipping info and get an order number, etc. Thought was weird, but tried to rebuy the item and put in my PayPal info manually, not automatically, and the same thing happened- no recurring charge, but it charged me- under a different person's name than the first time, not loungefly, without bringing me back to the website to complete the transaction. I thought it was weird, but thought maybe the item will come with shipping info they get through PayPal. I still haven't received my item. I've just sent a message through their chat bot service as I don't see any other customer service email or number to contact them! I've also filed a fraud charge with my bank, so I'll update if loungefly actually refunds my money!
Think again before buying these expensive bags
I bought a Loungefly backpack from the Disney UK website. It was a christmas themed one and it's had about 2 months of light use, carrying my wallet, keys and mobile phone etc. Other than that it is stored under my bed at a normal room temperature for the rest of the year.
Considering the hefty price tag I was pretty shocked to have the gingerbread zipper charm fall off, the side seams split and the backpack handles become damaged and lose their coating all after 2 months of wearing it.
I contacted the Disney Store who said that after 30 days of purchase I needed to contact Loungefly, I did just this and they told me to contact Disney! After confirming Disney wouldn't help me after 30 days had passed, Loungefly replied and said
"Regrettably, we are unaware of the bags having a manufacturing fault, if Disney is unable to assist, we are unable to provide further assistance. "
So if your pricey Loungefly bag breaks after 30 days, you won't get any help or replacement. I tried to find out the expected lifespan of the bags as I think 2 months is appauling but couldn't get any answers.
This is a shame as the designs of the bags are lovely and I would love to own more but I can't justify paying the high prices to have a bag break so quickly. Also the complete lack of concern is pretty galling - they asked me for no details about the bag I bought. They say there is no known manufacturing fault but how would they know if there is if they're clearly not logging complaints about specific products sent in by customers.

Ordered £80 worth of Christmas presents which never arrived, did some research and found it to be a scam, tried to open a dispute with my bank but they couldn't get me my money back! Daughter never got the eeyore bag on Christmas day, she was so disappointed! Sham on you loungefly.com......scumbags!
