I was able to find exactly what I was looking for.

I made one call with two questions. I was helped by and agent, Kelly. She led me through the answers. From this discussion I chose the one sofa/recliner. She then filled out my form, I verfied the information and just had to give my security infor on the credit card and apply the promo code. Easy and simple sale. I was impressed at the knowledge Kelly had of their products. I'm looking forward to seeing and using my new sofa recliner

Great, quick, & easy communication about a product in the chat portal. Definitely got the impression that I was actually messaging with a real person and not AI/bot (which is a HUGE plus). Person I messaged with still has to reach out to a manufacturer to ask something on my behalf so I should hear back from them via email when they have an update. At this point thus far, I would definitely consider making a purchase from this company based on their customer service alone.

Luxe Decor has a great website with many items to choose from, reasonable prices and free shipping. It's a go-to website for me. Also I recently had trouble with an item I received and their customer service was great to deal with.
