It wouldn't let me use the 15% off coupon. Of course you get to send me 85 emails and text letting me know I could get a discount and then when it's time, nope sorry that ANY of these codes do not apply.

I had some questions about two lamps I wanted to purchase, and the representative with whom I spoke was extremely patient, attentive, warm, and personable. She answered my questions clearly and efficiently and did not make me feel rushed to get off the phone despite how many questions I had. She was just wonderful! (I wish I had heard the representative’s name so I could share it here, but I did not.)
I was deciding whether to purchase from this company or another company, Lumens.com, and I spoke with two agents at the other company; one of them was downright rude, and the other seemed slightly disinterested, almost annoyed. Since the prices were identical, the customer service with luxdecor.com made all the difference to me. For icing on the cake, they have far, far better reviews on Trust Pilot and Google than the other company! Because of the reviews and, more importantly, the personal experience I had with both companies, I felt more confident that if I had issues with these lamps, luxedecor.com would help me resolve them. Ultimately, the personable and warm representative from luxdecor.com made the sale! These lamps were expensive, so that makes me feel much, much better about the entire purchase! Thank you to the wonderful associate on the phone!!!
