Excellent Mattress

I had a very positive experience with Lux Mattresses, especially thanks to Roman, who was consistently helpful, and easy to communicate with. He always called me back when I couldn't reach him, and replied promptly to my WhatsApp messages and questions. I'm very happy with the mattress itself. I chose the extra firm option and it's fantastic. My backache has disappeared. The only disappointment was the delivery service. They first went to the wrong house, and when they came, they seemed annoyed as if it were my mistake (Roman gave them my correct address). They were supposed to take the old mattress first, but they left the new one in the hall and then removed the old one. I also don't agree with the extra fee just to bring the mattress inside. I live on the ground floor, so it wasn't difficult, but his attitude was unfriendly. The mattress itself is excellent, though I did notice a small stitching defect with a loose thread where some of the stitching appears to have come undone. That doesn't affect my overall satisfaction, but it's something they might want to improve. Overall, I'd highly recommend Lux Mattresses & Beds because of the excellent product and Roman's very good customer service. He made my buying experience easy, reassuring, and fast. I hope the company improves its delivery service to match the same standard.

We’re very sorry about the delivery experience. Unfortunately, we have to use third-party couriers in some areas, and we know their service doesn’t always meet our standards. We always ask our own team to help elderly or disabled customers, even if the service wasn’t selected, because kindness costs nothing.

Regarding the loose threads, they are not a defect. They are simply leftover threads from the stitching process on the mattress cover and do not affect the mattress in any way.

I ordered majestic 9000

I ordered majestic 9000, I have been trying to find the hard mattress for years to be honest I tried from dreams, bensons but this one is really good quality and that’s the most hard mattress I ever found it uk.

Hard and light mattress

Hard and light mattress. No sinking. The customer service is second to none. Mr Roman is awesome and very helpful. Really happy with my purchase and highly recommend it to everyone looking for a mattress

Clearly a scam

Clearly a scam, we bought from this site after seeing the reviews and what looked to be good quality mattresses..however, there was hardly any communication regarding delivery/processing of the order. We then received contact that it was going to be delivered on wednesday and we would receive a call on tuesday to tell us the delivery time.
We received no call for delivery timeslot and the mattress has not been delivered. My partner took a day off of work for this mattress so the lack of communication is ridiculous, we have tried contacting via phone, WhatsApp, email, contact form yet still nothing. If this is not resolved ASAP we will be going to trading standards regarding the company.

my name is Garret, I am resolution manager at Luxe Mattresses,
First, I want to sincerely apologise for the delay with your delivery and the frustration it caused. That isn't the experience we want any customer to have, and I'm sorry we fell short on this occasion.

By way of explanation rather than excuse: we deliver to the TR postcode once a week. The first scheduled week fell during the Eid holiday period, when several of our drivers were away, so a number of routes, including yours, couldn't be covered. We rescheduled for the following week but weren't able to reach you by phone to confirm, so that slot couldn't go ahead. We then arranged delivery for this Wednesday and let you know, but we completely understand that by then you said it will be too late for you and you want the refund.

We offered a cashback as a gesture of goodwill, and when that wasn't what you needed, we've now issued a full 100% refund of the £479 you paid. You should see this back in your account within 3–5 working days, depending on your bank.

We normally pride ourselves on well-scheduled, on-time deliveries and on keeping customers informed by email and phone, our reviews reflect that, so I'm genuinely sorry this fell below our usual standard. Should you ever wish to give us another try, we'd be glad to welcome you back.

The delivery was smooth

The delivery was smooth, the team was extremely kind, helpful and knowledgeable on the product which helped a lot to understand how to manage it and if I need any helpful advise on the days ahead with the mattress. I had a great experience receiving this mattress.

Arrived much earlier than expected but great delivery crew

Five stars to the actual delivery guys. Shame that they were sent to deliver the mattress nine days earlier than I had carefully scheduled for.

Seven hours AFTER delivery, Luxe sent me an email telling me to "carefully open the plastic packaging along the seam" or else a cleaning fee might apply to any eventual return. That sounds like a flawed system with clear beneficiaries.
