Delivery late


The delivery was 2 hours late, I had to cancel an appointment to wait for my mattress.

We sincerely apologise again for the delay with your delivery. After looking into the matter, we found that earlier in the route the delivery team had to wait over 30 minutes at another address because the customer was unavailable at the scheduled delivery time. Unfortunately, along with a few other unforeseen delays, this pushed the schedule behind for the remaining deliveries that day.

We completely understand that customers take time out of their day to receive their mattress, which is why we always aim to deliver on time and keep disruptions to a minimum. As you can see from our reviews, punctual delivery and customer service are something we genuinely care about. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

Great mattress, bad customer support

Wanting to get a new mattress, I found luxe, however upon picking the "home trial" I was curious about the leniency of the payment window. I tried to email them as well as call their number, however the latter seems to either be disconnected or won't accept mobile numbers while the former I didn't get anything back

Really really nice mattress

Really really nice mattress! Just what I needed after I had a massive dip in my former mattress. The delivery guys were very friendly and were good sports getting the mattress up 2 floors of my narrow staircase! 5 stars from me ✨
