We had such a wonderful experience with the pet boarding service with Shaun & Em. Our pet stayed in their home, and we couldn’t have been happier with the care and attention they received.
It was reassuring to know our pet was staying in a comfortable, loving home environment rather than a busy boarding facility. We received regular updates and could see that our pet was happy, relaxed and well cared for.

The communication was excellent, and the genuine love and care shown towards our pet really stood out. We felt completely comfortable leaving our pet in their hands and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a safe, caring and trustworthy home-based pet boarding service.

What made the experience great is that they replied quickly and was very helpful with solving an issue I had with a booking, and also offered further assistance if needed.

Had some issues and questions about setting up my account. Everyone I spoke to over email has been so kind and helpful, the team are all amazing!

We had an issue with a pet sitter we had engaged for an extended live in pet sit in which the agreement was not met.
Whilst our original complaint by madpaws was rejected due to timings and evidence provided, following a review left they did reach out and reopen the case in which an agreement was met.
Following this we were made aware that some private information regarding our pets, their health and private text messages we shared during the dispute was made public without our knowledge or concent.
There behaviour in our opinion and experience is one of a larger company trying to silence real reviews and feedback through firm tactics - such as trying to have this review removed. A really stressful, unnecessary and drawn out experience.

The team have been very helpful in setting up our profile page as we had great difficulty getting everything uploaded and organised. They sorted it out quite quickly!

Somehow Mad Paws got my email address. I have been trying for over a month to get my email removed. I'm getting an email 1 to 2 times per week. Replies to have it removed go unanswered. Is this an AI site gone wrong?

We came home to our dog in heart failure and we had to rush her to emergency. She later died. Mad paws did not take any action when advised as 'too much time had passed' while I was grieving. The sitter named Nadia is still a sitter on their site. I recommend looking elsewhere as they dont have suitable vetting of their sitters

Pet sitting through Mad Paws is fun and smooth. I appreciate the support from the back-office team who are always helpful, friendly and quick to reply. The app works well and the payment process both for pet owners and sitters is easy to understand and use.

Did a few jobs that were ok. However I quit after an out of control dog headbutted my mouth and chipped my tooth. I didnt want to work for this one client as I had a bad feeling. I said no a few times but she kept insisting. Unfortunely I was a push over and didnt report straight away. I only made $50 for day and cost me $400 to fix. I told the client and accused me of lying. The company didn't reumburse me either as insurance only covers client. Now I hate my smile as teeth are uneven and will cost more to fix. Trust your gut and don't let anyone pressure you. Not worth it. Too risky working with animals. Proceed with caution.

Absolute scam

This company has hidden that if you cancel a booking - not matter how far in advance, they keep the booking fee. For us it was $75, despite the sitter have a flexible 100% refund option AND being cancelled more than 2 months in advance. I won't be using these people again. Absolute scum

I've tried 2 sitters on Mad paws so far and holy heck they were bad. Real bad. It seems to me this site has no integrity and lets any loser who puts their hand up advertise. One per sitter lived in absolute squalor and their house smelled and looked like not a single dog or cat shit had been cleaned up in 10 years. Another was a moron so stupid they could not follow simple instructions and actually fed my dog her dog bones on my frikken bed! Leaving a big blood stain all over my good quilt. Mad Paws tried to take my review down. They flagged it for defamation, hate speech or some other rubbish. They lost. Here my review stands.
