I have just joined Madpaws and although the process took me some time, (due to my computer skills) I finally got there. I am now much more confident in logging in to Madpaws, the site is really good and I know help is at hand from the Madpaws staff should I need it.

I have been using Mad Paws as a booking platform for my petsitting services for about 3 years. In 3 years, I have only had 1 incident that was a bad issue. However, the Mad Paws staff did address and resolve it in a timely manner. Other than that situation, I have never encountered any other difficulties using Mad Paws. I like the platform, I get a ton of leads through them. Mad Paws has basically helped me build a successful pet sitting business from scratch and I love using this platform. They do take 20% of my earnings, and the clients have to pay a booking fee as well. But I still use them because they offer a third party liability insurance cover for all bookings done through their platform. So, all in all, I appreciate this platform and it has been very useful to me.

Easy to set up my profile and got approved quickly so I can start caring for and looking after pets.

I think Mad Paws is really good but in my opinion they take too much of a cut from both parties. It makes the gap between what I pay as a customer and what the minder receives, too large. It means there is a slight dissatisfaction for both parties in my experience. Mad Paws take a cut from both parties. I think the cut they take should come from both parties but be half of what they currently take. I think they are being a bit greedy and overall it effects what would otherwise be a great experience and app.

I can see you’re working really productive! I mean I just registered my account last night and I received confirmation email right the day after. I’ve just gotten started with this app so I cannot have further feedback. I hope through this app I get my favorite job.

I had referral from a friend and wasnt going through my account i contacted customer service and Yza had promptly looked into what the issue was and resolved the issue straight away.. the referral discount was rewarded and was put into my account straight away as one off great customer service and keeping me informed all the way .. prompt and efficient thank you great experience

The process of applying to become a sitter was fairly easy. All the instructions and rules were made clear and this helped with my understanding of the business and what I am required to do.

The customer service rep was very polite and efficient, she knew exactly what I was asking about and gave me a very fast solution.

Matter was resolved promptly and consultant made process easy.

My problem was solved quickly and nicely by the person helping me.
