I bought some timberland boots it was supposed to be a Xmas gift but wrong size and I’ve returned back to them, parcel arrived on 30st December and from that time I had none response about my refund process since I can’t track nothing on the website.
I’m trying get some response by email but the service team is no willing to help and keep sending me automatic emails. I can’t track my refund process, and I’ve asked several times to them check it out! I don’t want track parcel, i just want to know if the refund process is already started!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So frustrating costumer service honestly!

Only came across Griggs for the first time when I found their good sale for men's Hunter wellies.
I ordered them in the morning, they arrived the following morning via DPD - couldn't have asked for more!

I am sorry to read that you are unhappy with the service you received, however after looking into your order & the imagery provided to us by the courier, I can see that your opted `safe place` was used. I can also see that in the image there is an opened bag of popcorn, which is clearly what the mouse is attracted to. May I suggest that this is removed & hopefully the the problem will be eradicated. As for the discount, If you had subscribed & created an account, you would have received an email with 5% off your first order.

Quick dispatch of Barbour jacket
Quick dispatch of a jacket I ordered. Difficulty with using the 5% welcome offer and noticed after the purchase it wasn’t applied. I emailed to check why and was told it was because I wasn’t logged in. My fault of course but would’ve been a nice gesture if this was offered back to me but it wasn’t. Otherwise an easy transaction, 4*.

Very good experience
I'd never ordered from Griggs before but I found it to be a very smooth experience. My Blundstone boots order was confirmed as dispatched same day and they arrived the next. When I had to exchange for a slightly smaller size, this was straightforward to request and handled very smoothly. Thank you Griggs.

Rude customer service when checking on the non delivery of an item, Royal Mails fault but the call receiver just wanted to argue and make excuses for Royal Mail, change your delivery company, don't be rude to your customers on their behalf, you have enough bad reviews already.

Second Hand Items Tried on then resold as new.
Sick of companies doing discount products on items far more expensive than Amazon, eBay or other online retailers. Only to discover they are second hand and have been tried on and worn. They are also riddled with marks. Bought a pair of Berghaus Hillmaster II Goretex boots on14 11 23 on website Love The Sales, sent via DPD, supplier is Griggs. Big line across the left toe cap. Crease lines on both boots where they have been bent over the toes, obviously tried on by other people. Marks on the heels...the list goes on. Pardon me, but I paid for a new pair of boots. Not a second hand defective pair, that some other Tom Dick or Harry has tried on previously, rejected then returned. Obviously then redistributed and re sold to me as a new pair. Sadly for Griggs, I'm no sucker!! They only have one pair this size left in stock. I won't be returning for a second helping of disappointment. Mr Jones.

Since buying these wellies I’ve had to…
Since buying these wellies I’ve had to have a new pair sent out due to them splitting after just a few uses, the new pair has also done the same in exactly the same areas! I requested a refund/store credit so I could buy a different brand as these clearly were not up to the task. The request has been refused and I’m now left with a £200 pair of wellies that got no more than 5 hours of walking in, why buy a named brand for a high price when in reality they are no different in quality than the cheaper wellies you can buy on the market. I will be issuing a claim through the small claims court.

Looking into your order, I can see that your first purchase was made on the 10th October 2021, unfortunately these became faulty & were exchanged on the 13th January 2023. Hunter come with a 2 year manufacturing warranty, the warranty is valid from first original purchase date, which unfortunately means you are out of warranty.

Fantastic - best customer service ever!
Ordered a Barbour jacket yesterday morning, had a chat with the customer service re delivery and other things they couldn’t be nicer! Although they didn’t promise anything I know they made an extra effort and got it dispatched asap with delivery the next day - this morning! They even included a birthday card as a top top surprise! Truly made my day!
Ps: the product also was great as described fits perfectly etc … :) do not hesitate to use them especially as their prices are very competitive!

Fantastic customer service. Had a fault in a wellie boot. Returned them free of charge and they replaced them with a new pair within the week of sending them back. Very impressed thank you. The wellies are excellent too.

I ordered a Barbour jacket and was delivered the next day, but it was too big (my fault) So easy to return to M A Griggs and had email confirmation the day after it was returned to confirm refund. Have since ordered the correct sized jacket. The price is excellent as is quality and efficiency of this company. Thank you would highly recommend.

I love this company
I love this company. They really are wonderful to buy from. I ordered a horse rug which was a great price and arrived in a couple of days.

Rubber boots perished after 14 months very light wear
Bought Grubs Rainline Wellington Boots from this company in July last year. They weren‘t cheap and I only wore them occasionally, thinking they would last me a good few years. The other day I went to a beach and a soaking right foot made me realise the rubber on one of the boots had totally perished - there were two large cracks in the material. I sent some photos to the company, but they pointed out the guarantee had expired and that’s it. Tough luck for me. How can they sell boots of such poor quality??

Great company
Great company. Ordered Berghaus walking boots from them due to good price. Had to speak to customer service and they couldn’t be more helpful. Also when DPD didn’t deliver the next day as expected or day after their customer service was outstanding. Sent out via Royal Mail and arrived 2 days later. Definitely recommend and will use again.
