mainspringboutique.com Reviews

Got my cadola watch today love it great communication sarah was prompt with replies thanks will be ordering again

I have ordered several watches from Mainspring this year and been really pleased with each one and the impressive customer service. A couple were preorders so I had to wait a short while to receive them, but communication throughout was excellent. Happy customer.

I have purchased several watches from this company, directly or through their Amazon page
Ordered my RGMT Ohio, the latest version, was delivered next day
Sarah who was helping my queries has been fantastic
Prices are good, and I'm happy to recommend and carry on buying from them

Ordered a Titoni watch (at an unbelievable rice, I might add). It turned up and it was brand new. What more can I ask for? Brilliant.

Excellent service and excellent watches. I can't wish for more.

A Superb Company! I am the delighted owner of several watches, 2 watch winders and a watch roll all ordered from Mainspring Boutique in the last few months. I much enjoy receiving their emails which always feature exciting offers from such a broad range of watch brands and related accessories. Whether you want classic styling or big and bold time pieces with automatic, hand wind, quartz, or meca-quartz (hybrid) movements, they will have something for you! The entire support team are a delight to deal with and their delivery time and packaging is again of First Class order.

I’ve dealt with mainspring for a few years , and have had great watches . I’ve had no issues with them and I’ve had prompt reply’s from Sarah customer services on a recent buy , the watch was fine and I’ve just purchased on a fantastic deal .

The whole team and products are excellent.
Thanks everyone for making my purchases so special

I ORDERED A TIMEPIECE FROM
" MAINSPRING BOUTIQUE " FOR A GIFT .
HOWEVER SHORTLY AFTER DOING SO I
DISCOVERED THAT THE ' INTENDED RECIPIENT ' DID NOT WHERE A WATCH . DUE
TO ILLNESS I COULD NOT LEAVE MY HOME TO RETURN SAID WATCH . I CONTACTED THE
' CUSTOMER SUPPORT 'AND ADVISED THE
AGENT ' SARAH ' OF MY SITUATION AND ENQUIRED IF SHE COULD ARRANGE A ' HOME PICK -UP , DEDUCTING THE COST FROM MY REFUND . SARAH ARRANGED THIS
ULTRA QUICKLY . ON THE DAY OF COLLECTION I ADVISED SARAH THAT HAVING LOOKED AT PICTURES OF THE WATCH ON THE COMPANY'S WEBSITE ~ I HAD NEVER OPENED THE PACKAGE~ THAT IF IT WAS EASIER FOR THE COMPANY , I COULD KEEP THE WATCH AS IT HAD ' GROWN ON ME '. ONCE AGAIN SARAH 'S RESPONSE WAS AMAZING ! . PICK - UP CANCELLED VERY QUICKLY . SARAH SHOWED NOTHING LESS THAN ' PURE
PROFESSIONALISM ' ~ A VERY RARE QUALITY IN ' TODAY'S WORLD !!!. IF OTHER
COMPANIES GAVE ' ACTUAL CUSTOMER
SERVICE ' ,BY EMPLOYING PEOPLE LIKE
SARAH , THE WORLD WOULD BE A MUCH
HAPPIER PLACE . I HOPE SHE GET'S PROMOTED VERY SOON , BECAUSE "MAINSPRING BOUTIQUE " SHOULD APPRECIATE HOW LUCKY THEY ARE !.
AND JUST A WEE WORD ABOUT THIS ONLINE STORE . THEY HOLD AN EVER CHANGING SELECTION OF WATCHES .AT
PRICES THAT CATER FOR ALL BUDGETS .
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM . HAVE A LOOK - YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED

They have a great selection of watches and dealt with my enquiries quickly. Very professional and dealt with my order cancellation quickly.

Appalling service and terrible quality of products.
I purchased a watch that I had to chase them for as it went way beyond the 10 days quoted for delivery.
The watch arrived with a massive crack right across the centre of the face.
They have not responded to any e-mails. They do not answer the phone, which is an 0845 number so incurs cost when phoning via mobile.
I am having to raise a case with Paypal.

Leider eine Defekte Uhr erhalten. Qualität so lala.

I have been using mainspring boutique for a while.now. they always offer really good prices and offers, usually watch is delivered the following day by DPD, no quibble exchange or refund policy, I would highly recommend this website, and it can be trusted 100%
