absolutely awful quality! NEVER ORDER FROM HERE ABSOLUTE SCAM

Really disappointed with the item! Not worth the money, smaller than expected & quality was poor. I purchased one off eBay which was alot bigger & much better made for half the money & arrived quicker!! I won’t be buying from this company again!!!

The shape of the product around the photo is completely unlike the 'preview' it's all lopsided and squished, the item itself is incredibly small and it is certainly not worth the money as these are not cheap!

I’m not normally one to leave a review however I’m so disappointed with this company and want others to avoid the same experience I have had. I ordered two teddies from here for my children for Christmas at a grand total of £51.88. When they arrived, they was literally TINY. The true scale for the price is shocking, the picture on the website is complete false advertisement. Aside to the size, the stitching and stuffing is actually visible and looks like I made it myself let alone purchased them at a shocking amount. I emailed the company to complain about the quality and their response was actually awful. “we'd like to offer a 10% refund for the amount you paid for the item, and you can have it repaired by a local seamstress.” - so after spending £51.88 i am now expected to get the product repaired myself at the expense of my own travel, time and cost because let’s face it, a measly 10% off will not cover the cost. Shocking and disappointed. They look like dog toys my dog has had for a few weeks.

Awful everything about my experience was awful. Items arrived two weeks late (was ment for a stag do some was are useless now) item turned up with awful stitching. Some stitching was just on random parts of the shirt. One of the shirts had a whole. They said it was all fine didn't qualifiers faulty. Customer service was really dreadful they didn't really care they literally told me to cut the incorrect stitching myself. Don't use this company isn't worth it.

These guys are a Chinese based company and there CS cannot speak English. Don’t buy a thing from them

Over priced tiny misshapen mini me very poorly made do not bother with them.

Support was shocking, counteracting what they say on their website in terms of exchanges and customer support was no help whatsoever. Poor descriptions and sizing indicators on the website. Kept the product as returns were more expensive and purchased a replacement elsewhere. Don’t recommend

I ordered from one of the companies many alias site name, and then after ordering I stupidly checked these reviews. I was convinced the site was a fake after that but within 10 days of placing the order, my personalised Hawaiian shirt arrived & exactly as described. The photo quality was good, as the was the shirt quality. Cannot complain & despite other reviews, i had zero issues & I would recommend.

Towel not printed as per the website. Wouldn’t reprint even if I sent the substandard item back. After many emails back and forth they offered me 20% refund or reprint and I pay the postage (£8) again! That means I’d have paid £40 for a towel! It’s a joke! Would never use again!

I bought product from make photo puzzle and paid premium for the express delivery as I needed it before heading away. It then originally gave an expected delivery for 10 days later today instead of the advertised 3-5 business days. But in fairness the actual delivery did arrive within the 5 business days and now I get to wear my novelty Hawaiian shirt on holidays. The shirt itself is great and well done also

Exceptional customer service , previews of product supplied for approvel before making up order and any ammendments made on request without issue . Quality shirt bright colours and clear images surpassed my expectatuons ...very very Satisfied and please would use Make Photo Puzzle website again and would highly recommend to anyone wanting a fun and personal gift A*A*A*A*A*

This company is a scam. They claimed to have sent my product but I have video proof that it was never delivered. Customer service has been absolutely no help and just keeps screenshotting the same thing and sending it to me.

I ordered a Rubiks Race Game. They sent me a fake counterfeit version and are refusing to return my money. I have reported this company to the police.
Since then I can see they may be co.uk but appear to have links to France and Kowloon.

Placed the order and the shirts were delivered in 10 days. Great quality and received a reply within 1 hour of contact. I would recommend this company and I would use them again.

BEWARE!!
I Put the order in, then literally within 4 hours I asked them if I would be able change the photo slightly.
I was told that they had already started it! (Within just 4 hours of my order, I beg to differ!)
Therefore I was told that I should cancel the order altogether and receive a refund minus 30%! Cancellation charge.
I reluctantly accepted it and reordered the item with the change to the image. The new shirt took over 3 weeks to be posted to me.
If it took them 3 weeks to do the second one, then common sense tells you they probably didn't start the first one within 4 hours of my order going in!
The shirt is already quite expensive, but then when you add another 30% on, it has made the shirt very expensive.
I would understand if I wanted to change it 4 days later, however, 4 hours later???
I think they have just charged me the cancellation fee because they can. This is not good customer service and has left a very bad taste in my mouth!
I won't be using them again.
