DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! IT'S A SCAM TO TAKE YOUR MONEY!!

Order on the 15/12/2022, paid extra for express delivery and asked for it to be delivered to my local shop to ensure it get's delivered ok. It's the 11.01.23 still waiting for the item!!!!!

I been chasing this non stop and sending emails back and forwards. They keep sending me in circles not resolving the issue this is still ongoing and still not been resolved.

I just about lost my patience and asked them to refund me and AGAIN they send me in circles and not issuing the refund.

I would not order and I would not trust this company AT ALL!!! They quick to take your money but not quick to resolve any issues.

Don't use. My delivery never arrived. The use Evri who we all know can't deliver anything.
Customer service is poor. Days of ineffective emails telling me to check bins and neighbours gardens. Neither the puzzle people or evri can explain, but no one wants to take blame. Worse... No one thinks a refund or replacement is in order.
I have been tasked with starting a complaint on behalf of makephotopuzzle.
Any other company do this as it is then who use the courier.
Rubbish service... Can't comment on product... Never saw it.

Item finally arrived after over a month, I should of realized the company was based in Hong Kong, and ignored the .co.uk and Union flag Badging on website, product lacks quality

AVOID AT ALL COSTS -
What a poor quality piece of work, it arrived late, I paid extra for vip processing and delivery and then it was also broken- photo cube (one of the sides had lifted away) then we rotated it once, and all ready the corners of the pictures are comming away, Company offered a 10% refund on a faulty damaged item, keep the refund I'd rather warn others to not be conned like I was!

ZERO STARS, TERRIBLE SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE!

I ordered this for my partner as a gift for his birthday. It was due to arrive by 17th December 2022 and didn't. Had to apologise and arrange something last minute. Waited till Christmas and still hadn't arrived. I told them and they replied on the 26th December saying they couldnt cancel the order as it has already been shipped. Then I received a confirmation email saying it has been sent for delivery on 30th December?!?! It's now into the new year and the order still hasn't arrived... if you bother to look at these reviews, please cancel my order and issue my refund or I will be reporting you to trading standards.

Absolutely shambolic product

I ordered this for a friend as a joke 😂😂 what I got was a joke 33 pound for something my kid could of make at school and the stitching was terrible. Requested a refund but apparently they only can give me 15% or they will send a new one!

Absolutely rubbish!!!!
Rip off if you order double sided and pay extra as it comes like that as standard

One star is too high, disgusting product .ordered a key ring with photo . You cant even see the photo and its not the uk .

Ordered a product on 6th November 2022 and I am still yet to receive this parcel!!
I ordered a Lego puzzle for a friend who is in the secret service and she only comes home 1 every 3 years!

I emailed the company to ask for a refund as I'd spent over £30! And I got told they only refund 30% or they can resend the product. The product was no longer needed as my friend had gone back to her work and I won't see her for another 3years!

All the company keep saying is that the product has been delivered and that I should look around for it. I have been called a liar by the company and they just keep copying and pasting old emails that they've already sent me!

I've tried to email them again having not heard from them for 2 and a half weeks.

The company are cheats and it seems I'm not the only one with the experience. What a waste for £30+

Terrible quality - I ordered a custom doll and when it arrived the face (a photo which I sent) was fine but the design on the t-shirt was pixelated and blurred. This is nothing to do with the photo I sent and is certainly not what you'd expect when paying over £30. I contacted customer services with several photos and was told "thanks, we will pass this on to our team." That's it. Do not buy from this company.

I paid £40 for a personalised cushion that took 4 weeks to arrive, it’s literally like something you get out of a arcade machine!

If The photo was of what I actually recieved I wouldn’t have even paid £5 for it. Totally disgusting!

Stay away from this company at all costs, I checked the reviews and most of them are fake!

My order: EQ44368 has not been delivered. A massive disappointment as it was a Christmas present. They have awful customer service representatives. I spoke to Vita W who, to be honest, did not care that my order had not been delivered, as I was told they do not cover any lost parcel when it reaches the domestic port, and that the Post Office will refund you if anything was lost or stolen. This is obviously not the case after speaking to 3 Local Post Office Services in my area (UK, London).

I have tried to contact them many times, but they have either ignored me or responded with the same generic auto-reply email.

I have seen some negative reviews on here about certain products. I received a Spider-Man pillow for my nephew within 3 weeks of ordering and I have to say I was concerned in reading some reviews but I am delighted at the outcome, product and also the fact that they made effort to respond to all emails promptly to ensure it was received in time for xmas, at their busiest time of year.

Don’t order anything from this company. Positive reviews on this page are also fake if you read them carefully. Really disappointed I have wasted my money this Christmas ordering from them.

Quality of gift is extremely poor. The photo provided was high quality, however it has come out poor on the gift. The advertising is completely misrepresentative of the actual size of the gift also. To add insult, I paid £15 delivery to receive the gift before Christmas….

Ordered 2 photo cube puzzles for Christmas gifts. They arrived and when I ordered it showed you a 3d preview of the cube and I was happy with the pictures I uploaded.
Received them and both cubes had 2 pictures each with heads cut off! I took this up with them saying I was disappointed to be told that is the pictures they were sent! As if I sent 2 beautiful pictures both with the heads cut off? I don't have such pictures. Anyway instead of just saying they will redo them they continue to say that is how they received the pictures. I'm now £30 odd pounds out of pocket, have to now get 2 new gifts for Christmas. They offered to redo but I had to pay £17.95 for costs ! No chance.
Bad customer service. Now been offered 10% off the next time I shop! I don't think so. AVOID

Avoid! Ordered a personalised pillow 3 weeks ago. Only when you click ‘pay’ you’re notified that the product is being shipped from Hong Kong and not the UK and will take at least 10 days. I cancelled immediately and asked for a refund. Strangely they emailed back and said that the order was already in manufacture and there’s a 30% restocking fee. Looking at their other reviews this seems to be a common theme. Please avoid at all costs!

Paid £30 for a cushion for a Christmas present went it eventually turned up it looked like a dog toy. - AVOID

Absolutely shocking service from this company. Ordered something for a secret Santa gift on 23rd November and it arrived in this country from China on 30th November. Company blaming Royal Mail strike for the item not arriving despite the fact they have not been on strike between 2-9 December.
