I returned some items. After about 1 month that the packages got delivered to them, they still didn't refund me. They don't answer the emails. I must open a bank dispute to take my money back! What kind of online shop is this?!

Order is Lost in Space!
I ordered online from Mark’s on May 7th. Today is May 20th and I still have not received my order. I have emailed customer service but had no response. I called Mark’s yesterday and wasted 40 minutes, starting with a customer service rep from Mark’s and after being put on hold while she “looked into the situation”, my call was apparently redirected to a guy representing the delivery company. He was no help at all. Convinced that my order is lost but not convinced that Mark’s will make this right. Never again!

Timberland boot's ($179) sole cracked within 4 months of use. Timberland won't stand by their product (max one year warranty, except it is a retailer issue if sold through retailer). Mark's has 100 day policy for Timberland products and sends customer back to Timberland. Rinse, repeat.
tl;dr avoid both, they do not stand behind what they sell

Got a faulty item and I have been emailing the customer service for a return and no one responds so I can get a refund. Disgrace!

I shopped at Mark’s last week
I shopped at Mark’s last week. The experience was good. I like their Wind River brand of boots. The staff were courteous and helpful. They processed the order quickly and accurately.
The Website is a total scam
The Website is a total scam. Products have Bad quality and are delivered in unusable conditions (missing openings for buttons in trousers). Returning is a catastrophe - they offer you vouchers instead of just returning the item and then offer returning at own cost which needs to be delivered to Canada. Otherwise you are in Canada it costs you 50€. Total tarp and scam. I don’t an understand why the shop is not banned .

Slippers i had for 3 months only worn 2 months as I was in mexico and they are falling apart . I contacted customer service and they said sorry their refund policy is 14 to 30 days maybe thats for that it didn't fit or didn't like but if its falling apart you back your products you sell but they didn't care so I received nothing but having to throw them in garbage ! They claim to deliver something they never delivered. They are launching an investigation which i'm sure they'll call me and say that they delivered it. There was a secure parcel box, which they did not put it in and they claimed to have left it at the front door. So i'm out with that over a hundred dollars for nothing. Plus they're wasting time with our running around to try to get the money back.

Staff left us to find footwear for ourselves stating they had to “ go help a customer up front”. What were we? Wildlife? Two thumbs down on customer service.
Don’t buy anything you need shipped‼️
Billed and product marked shipped Jan 15 “label created.” Product never actually shipped as of today January 28. Two emails to customer care-no response. Two phone calls-the first blamed UPS, second one told me they need to do an inquiry to find my product and conflicted with all info given on first call. Called UPS who said they have received no request for pick up and asked me for store location which Marks will not provide to me. January 28 refused to refund my money and need to do “An internal investigation first.” They expressed that their case management was “Backlogged because of Christmas (on January 28)” and the inquiry could take as much as a further 7-10 and then I would get a status email-not that I would get the product. Again these guys have had my money since the 15th and are refusing to give it back. Over a hundred dollars.
Better quality or lower the price to $10.
I shop in store and staff are helpful and friendly. A month ago I bought the Shambhala lined leggings. Fit is good but the material is terrible. Pilling started with first wearing, and I didn't wear them every day. Now one cannot see the difference between the inner lining and the outside, that's how bad the pilling is. I expect better for the price, what a disappointment.
Levi's deteriorating quality reflects poorly on a chain known for "ready for work" clothing
While not explicitly a review of the Mark's store or its service, I recently purchased Levi's 505 Regular jeans from them, and in less than a month the bottom of the pant leg hem is fraying. Levi's used to be a dependable brand - and still charges like it is - but quality seems to have fallen off quite a bit, and it reflects poorly on retailers who sell them. Levi's has decided not to address this issue via their product warranty. I'll avoid this brand going forward.
