Please stop shipping with Purolator
Great selection and variety of clothing for work and casual dress. Very quick shipping and receiving through Canada Post . The items shipped via Purolator entail so many delays, failed deliveries and need for pickup at very inconvenient locations. I order so often from your company, I beg of you to please stop using Purolator !

When I placed the order - for 6" Work Boots - the system displayed my address. Okay.
When I checked the status of the order the next day it showed one address for "billing" and a different (incorrect) address for "shipping".
The alleged customer service reps couldn't cancel the order or redirect it to the correct address.
A refund will take 6-8 weeks.
So basically, the service sucks, the website sucks, and the product was never received.
And I went to the shipper (U.P.S.) who couldn't do anything either.
BTW, Marks wanted feedback on my experience, but when I sent it to them (without any 'bad' words) they refused to accept it. My submission was moderated."

I wish I could give -5 stars. I have been shopping with them for 15 years. Almost every month, I buy stuff from there for my family and myself. Although they never deliver on time, this is the first time they send my package to my old address although I updated the address on the website. Three weeks waiting, noyhing came to my house. I tracked the package and found out it was delivered to my old address. I called them three times. Every time I call, they say we are invistigating. A month later, I recieved an email from a lady called Jessica saying it was my mistake. I got no package, no refund and I paid money for somebody else.
I took a decision not to go there or visit their website whatsoever.

After reviewing your file, I understand your old shipping address was entered on the order therefore the couriers were instructed to make the deliveries to that address. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to conduct an investigation into this matter as the deliveries were made to shipping address provided. We are also not able to request that the package be retrieved once delivered.
Going forward we kindly ask that you triple check the delivery address being entered on the order, as we have no way to assist or to process refund(s) for customer mistakes.
We apologize for the inconvenience.

Experienced something similar to the other reviews. I ordered a pair of online-only work boots. The confirmation email took a few business days to sand and the shipping emails took an additional couple weeks. After checking tracking, I find out that the package was actually shipped weeks prior (soon after I actually placed the order), delivery was already "attempted" (even though I never received a notice or anything similar) and the package was returned to the warehouse. It's now been over a month since it was returned to the warehouse and I still haven't received a refund. I highly recommend spending your money elsewhere.

I wish I would have read these terrible reviews before ordering from Mark’s Work Warehouse because it’s all true! What a nightmare! It took a week for me to get confirmation of my order. Two weeks after my credit card was billed they lost the order and blamed UPS. UPS had no record of the tracking number, so it’s lost somewhere on Mark’s end. I tried to cancel the order or do a return and they wouldn’t because I don’t have my item yet. Customer service was rude and dismissive. The error was on their end, no reason he should have been talking to me they way he did. If you can order directly from the brand you’re buying through Mark’s I would recommend it.

Tried to explain I require a bill of sale for purchases made online. Tried to explain, that sending personal info via email merely posts that info publicly to the internet. Asked repeatedly for a bill of sale, was told return and repurchase, store would not accept return since I have no bill of sale. When I requested a bill of sale be mailed to me, Shannon S chose to ignore my request. I have no way of picking a bill of sale out of a worthless email, particularly an email that has come from an insecure source. Perhaps I should rush out and spend $500 for a printer so I can print BOS.
Bottom line here is, I have products, which I paid good money for, no bill of sale for my over $200 purchase, and without BOS no way to seek adjustments on defective merchandise.
"Marks" has made my first online purchase my last. I find it hard to believe that intelligent people would choose to do business like this.
This story goes further, decided to open shipping package to confirm contents only to discover that boots shipped to me must have been returned by a previous customer, they show signs of wear. Pity someone could not clean up someone else's mess before shipping it to some poor unsuspecting sucker. Is this really how e-commerce is supposed to work? I have heard horror stories regarding bad experiences dealing with foreign businesses, but I thought for sure it would be safe to deal with a Canadian entity.

Do not ever order anything online from marks work warehouse. The customer service is poor and they dont ever know where their shipment may be. I ordered boots 1 month ago and I still haven't received them. They are calling it a glitch and they are not refunding me my money. I have emailed several times with no answer as to why I didn't get a refund. They basically took my money and walked away with it. They just keep say "it should be on its way." DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM MARKS. They will take you money and not take any responsibility for losing the order.

Good morning. I tried shopping at your Langley bc store on Sunday. A beautiful store well laid out. My concern is that all the brands of jeans are well organized but the sizes in each area are all mixed up. This has happened at numerous locations and is very frustrating when you need to look through every pile to find your size. I was not to only person dissatisfied on Sunday, 2 other customers had the same response. Needless to say I again did not find what I needed and left empty handed again.
Just wanted to bring it to your attention.

I hate that I have to give Mark’s a 1 star however, it’s warranted. I brought back a pair of work boots after 3 weeks. I’m not upset that the product failed, this happens. I’m upset with the service I got. When I purchased the boots, The employee scan through my final bill as I was putting my email in for an email receipt, she skipped it and said sorry we can do a refund and start over. I could definitely tell she did not want to do it as the lineup was huge, and in hindsight I totally should’ve taken the time to go through the process. I went on my way hoping I didn’t need to return these boots. Unfortunately after three weeks the boots were coming apart. I came back in to the store to tell them what had happened and was confronted with, where’s your receipt? So I explained the situation to the staff member. The staff member return my boot on a credit in the store. That seemed fine until, I realized she shorted me $10. I asked her why? Her reply was, because you didn’t have a receipt. I told her that I would be happy with a straight up exchange for the same boots. Unfortunately they did not have my size. She had to get the manager to credit that $10 on a new purchase of boots. In the end I paid $50 more than the original purchase because they didn’t have what I needed in stock. It doesn’t end there. I noticed a promotion in the store that if you spent $125 that you would get a $30 promo code. When I was cashing out I mentioned this to the staff member. She seemed perplexed about that deal, which was labelled everywhere throughout the store. I did get it but definitely wouldn’t have if I didn’t push the topic. Based on my experience I would have to believe that this staff member is treating all of the potential customers in the same way. I’m a construction worker and I shop at Marks often enough. I very, very disappointed with this service.

I bought WindRiver Women's Poppy II Waterproof Rubber Rain Boots - Yellow in September and with less than 6 months of wear they already have a crack in the. Also, it's been winter for 3 months so I haven't been wearing them in that weather. I was told it's passed the 100 days and they won't do anything other than for me to purchase Shoe Goo repair. Last time I'll ever purchase from this company. If they don't stand behind the products they sell lasting for more than 6 months of mild wear.
