Scam from its finest. Never buy from them never. Absolutely nothing like on the description or photos. I purchased titanium chopping board

On June 15, 2025, I purchased a knife set for $149.00. A week after the transaction, I began reaching out when I noticed that the shipment lacked proper postage. Since then, I’ve experienced repeated delays and inconsistent communication.

Despite my multiple requests for a tracking number, none was provided. When I requested a full refund, I was told a new set would be shipped instead. The following week, I again received no valid tracking. I was then told the issue had to be checked with the warehouse.

To make matters worse, I was only issued a partial refund of $65, which is not acceptable given the total amount I paid. After yet another delay, I was sent a tracking number that supposedly showed the knives out for delivery today. However, upon checking, the tracking details list a California address—I reside in Georgia.

This entire process has been frustrating and unprofessional. I am formally requesting a full refund of $149.00 and clear confirmation that this matter is resolved. Which I know they will not honor.

I bought a knife set for around £160, it came with a free knife holder.
When I finally received my items the knife holder was smashed & one of the knife tips was badly damaged during transit.
I raised the issue with their customer support & they promised to send a replacement knife.
Six weeks later & the knife has not been sent. No updates to my emails regarding the replacement. Extremely poor service from a company I expected to be reliable & customer focused advertising a sets of reasonably expensive knives.

Went to their website masuta kitchen.com I ordered a set of knives for $149 . It’s been four days still no tracking number and have not been shipped. Cannot get a hold of the company. I’ve sent emails with no response. I tried calling A phone number +1 (407) 326-2420. It does not seem to be legit. This number called me twice from Oviedo fl. The day after I purchased. Watch you swear this company is supposedly located. They charged my account within two hours of purchase but yet nothing do not buy from this company or this website. It’s clearly a scam. I have contacted bank and filed a dispute.

I was first amazed that they sent the knives and said they sent the board to put the knives on but the board was never received. In addition after review, they also give you an website to katana knives that goes nowhere, which is fishy. After that, and from others I found out that this is not Japanese Steel, which is why we purchased it in the first place. They are Chinese in origin so do not buy.

Awful experience. I ordered knives for £159, but they failed to deliver and communication was appalling. After weeks of chasing, they offered a partial refund (£23.85) and claimed to have sent a replacement, but I received neither the refund nor tracking details. Their promises to "personally oversee" the matter meant nothing. I’ve now requested a full refund and won’t be ordering from them again. Avoid this company

December 20245: I ordered a Stainless Steel Knife Set, but the set delivered does not match the product I selected.
Specifically, the knife handles in the set I received are square instead of circular, and they are a different colour and blades than advertised. Additionally, the package was damaged upon arrival, and one of the wooden handles is chipped.

SCAM! Don't buy from this company...
I ordered from this company two weeks ago and spent £150.00 on a knife set and still have not received my set...
I have tried emailing the company twice. There is no number or address..They haven't even got back to my emails.
