TRASH
Mathway can do basic stuff... BUT NOT 6-12 GRADE MATH!!!!

Complete scam don't waste your time. It doesn't let you do anything on the app without signing in and paying money for premium and even then it still doesnt work!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS APP IS TERRIBLE, customer service incldeded, worst I have ever seen. Extremely rude and denied every fradulent charge on my bank account.

Mathway is a great service however their billing is a scam. I did a one time renewal to extend my account one month and removed my credit card information and they continued to bill me. I have 9.99 charges on my account for 06/03/19 06/10/19, 07/02/19, 07/10/19 and 08/02/19 again for the amount of 9.99 and the services is 9.99 per month. I have requested a refund via email without any success and will now need to file a claim with my bank for the fraudulent charges. As well, Mathway offer no real billing account information to the students using mathway because they are clearly taking advantage of students hoping they will not discover the charges. with any reputable account you should be able to see a billing account history. Mathway does not offer this because they clearly dont want you to see it. Check your bank account and credit card statements folks. I am sure you have been overcharged for the service. Also, once I canceled my account, I had a difficult time logging back in on 08-04-19 even though my account expired on 08-09-19. I am sure this is another way to keep you from sniffing around in your account which you purchased. Something very fishy is going on with their account practices. Great service and a wonderful website for students but their sneaky accounting gives this one one star for me.

I am sure the younger student is getting taken advantage of and we shouldn't have to WATCH DOG our checking accounts.

I called Mathway and canceled my account. The next month i noticed I was STILL being billed so I called again. The customer service rep was VERY rude and basically told me I was lying about my 9.99 charge. I requested I be refunded and she denied me and continued to be very rude. I asked 5 or 6 times to speak with her boss but she refused stating she was the only person I could speak to in the entire company. I called back twice to try and get someone else on the line and my number was blocked. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone!

Mathway use to be great but now has gone down hill. Also customer service is HORRIBLE.

I cancelled my subscription ans was assured it was cancelled and taken care of! I keep being charged every month!!! I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. They arevstealing from me. And don't try to contact them. Takea forever. They auck!!!

I am surprised the customer service of mathway even has 2 stars! They are incredibly RUDE. I canceled my membership the same day I bought it because it did not have the information I was looking for to help me study and when I called them for my refund they could not find my account. The lady kept telling me that they had an account with my name under an email address that was NOT mine and she was so rude when I said it was not mine. I called back the next day in hopes that the payment just needed a day to process and the lady I talked to said "yes we found your account, why did you lie to me and say it wasn't your email address!" I informed her that it was NOT my email address and she can not help me. Very rude!

Mathway is just plain terrible even with premium. It works < 33% of the time. some of the time it identifies things i want it to do but then turns around and says "i cant do it" or just buffers. When it does work half the steps are stupid. I wanted to find the inverse of an equations and it gave the correct but half of the steps were uneccessary. It solved it correctly but to change y to f(x)-1 it brought in g(x) and numbers that werent even apart of the original problem.

Saying WolframAlpha is superior to mathway would be a huge understatement. Don't use this garbage.

My e-mail is ronaldorok...
I pay mathway some money on google account they said you can use .
The app with steps for one year, this was 2 weeks ago.
Last only for one week and now when i ask for steps they charge me again
Offering premium .
Fine app but you I disappointed about those agreements.

Mathway is the worst it got every answer I put in wrong I would NOT recommend it.

Mathway is absolutely incredible! I can always find the answer I am looking for with no wait time at all. I would recommend Mathway to high school and college students, especially those taking difficult math courses. However, Mathway can help with other subjects! Such as statistics and chemistry. I can not thank Mathway enough! I highly recommend it and rate it with 5 stars.

Mathway is the absolute worst. most of the time it just sits there with its stupid buffering wheel. the only "work" it does, is say i have problems try again later. the people who made this useless website are the stupidest people alive NO ONE USE THIS IT WILL WASTE YOUR TIME mathway is an absolute piece of garbage

A helpful thingy to solve some tech problems (algebra, geometry, statistics etc.). Recheck the answer though, sometimes it can be wrong.
