Very poor experience
Very poor experience. They took my money and the doctor diagnosed me with an illness that I don’t even have! I disputed it with them but they seem to have trouble speaking English because they could not understand my query. A bunch of scammers, don’t even know if the doctors on their platform are real because doctors have ethical pledges that include honesty, integrity, and truthfulness as core duties. Truthfulness is clearly not in their books.

Dont waste your money on this thugs.
I dont know about others, but for me the experience is worst.
First, they have not delivered the hand written certificate which i paid for.
Secondly after asking them to deliver my certificate they gave me 7 days after my payment, which has no use till i get it.
Asking for refund, they stopped replying.

Very bad experience. I will never use this service again. Lost my money.
See how they are defending themselves below by creating stories to cover their poor service. Stay away from them if you dont want to loose money and your time, and, at the end, getting disappointed like many including me.

Neither the platform or the consulting doctor is able to fabricate any details unless provided. Service has been provided for the fitness certificate you paid for.

I made a booking with the airline but…
I made a booking with the airline but due to Ahmedabad incident I cancel my ticket . I just needed unfit to travel certificate for a month so that I could get my refund . But this people can charge so much money but can’t issue as per our terms and conditions. They can charge and issue a certificate for a week . My flight is for 23rd June and I need beyond this travel but they say they can’t issue fake certificate . Charging money and want a valid documents from us too what’s the point of paying you?????? Good Knowledge of dealing person(s)
I wanted Medical Certificate for Driving License Renewal and while filling the Application, it seems I filled in wrongly. I immediately got a call back informing me this and the dealing person changed my form as different team handles different departments. So, I did not have to cancel and do a new application. Very satisfied as by now I have already got the Driving License renewed before expiry of 5 June 2025.

This certificate is not valid for Ireland, the doctors are not accredited, it is fake, and they are just stealing your money. The medical certificate they issue doesn’t even look real
