It's a scam
The medical exam doesn't really measure your physical capacity to drive, but at least they should send it. I payed an expensive test that I never received after 12 days. Tomorrow I have the appointment and I have to pay for another certificate there.

Worst service ever just to scam others. Don't pay upfront without knowing prescription charges which they will always ask later and provide you less duration medical certificate.

1) The duration of your medical certificate was determined by the attending physician based on their professional assessment of your condition, which may differ from the timeframe you initially requested. When enquired about any possible reports on email you denied having access to any.
Our support team confirmed these details with you prior to issuing the note and duration, and you acknowledged the terms before proceeding with the service.
For the record, your request was processed fairly and delivered within the promised timeframe. If you have still not recovered you can put in a new application.

Potential Scam – Exercise Extreme Caution
Based on my experience, this company engages in deceptive and unethical practices. They took €25 from me without providing the promised service and have since ignored all refund requests and communication attempts. Their behaviour suggests fraudulent intent, and I am considering reporting this matter to the relevant consumer protection authorities. I strongly advise others to avoid this company and exercise extreme caution.

Key points which you had an issue on -
1. Doctor Registration was not found and was not a legit doctor
2. Claiming that the place where you submitted has flagged you
3. Requesting for a refund.
Post your email to support the team outlined the following details
1.Doctor’s “Fake” Credentials: Ah yes, the classic “I Googled for 2 seconds and concluded fraud” technique. The doctor is absolutely legit and the University from which they procured the degree and place were also outlined to you. The process for checking the registration number of the doctor was also outlined which you didnt bother to check or followup.
2. “Flagged” by Your Institution: Shocking—a place you didn’t check with beforehand has opinions! Our terms (which you definitely read) clearly state we don’t control their whims. Pro tip: Maybe ask them next time before ordering? Wild idea, we know.
3. Demanding a Refund + Social Media Threats: Ah, the ”Give me money or I’ll Yelp!” strategy. A timeless classic! Alas, since we actually delivered the service you paid for (per the terms you totally agreed to) within 120 mins, refunds aren’t happening. But by all means— do voice your opinion!
We’re still happy to help your university verify our very legitimate doctor (attached: instructions on email you’ll probably ignore again).

A couple of things to outline -
1. You had availed our services on February 13 2025 and the doctor consultation was promptly completed
2. You dropped in another order on February 25 2025 and suggested to change the issue date to an earlier date. The team promptly conveyed the same that it is not possible as it deems a document as fake. The platform neither our doctors take up any such requests as that is against the guidelines set up by the authorities.

Medical certificate not valid in UP
The medical certificate issued by this site was not accepted by Noida RTO (UP16), Uttar Pradesh. I feel the guys should not have issued a medical certificate 1A to me when they knew that I was applying to a UP RTO. This is a case of misselling. Maybe other states' RTOs too do not accept Medical certificates (Form 1A) issued by this site. I feel cheated and have reported this to a press reporter.
PS : The fact that my application was accepted doesn’t change the scenario as it was done considering my age and out of sympathy for me as I had paid ₹1400 for a test that was available for just ₹ 20 at a govt hospital.
The fact is that Noida RTO as a policy DOESn’t accept any Form 1A certificate from PRIVATE doctors online or otherwise. So even an offline certificate from the site would have been of no use to anyone applying to Noida ARTO. That’s what I want the people to know.

- You requested to get a digital note on 7 January 2025 which was promptly issued post your eye and ear tests on 8 January 2025. The note is suppose to be uploaded online by you.
- If you had a scheduled slot for a physical visit to the RTO, you could have requested a physical copy of the document. You made a request 18 hours ago post release of the note and visited the RTO physically on 9 January 2025. Please note, the form also clearly states that a physical document typically takes 8-10 working days to process.
- Upon reviewing your application number, there is no indication from the RTO that your document was rejected, nor are there any comments or issues raised by the authorities.
Additionally, during your interaction with our support team, you mentioned, and we quote:
"They accepted my form as a special case because I am a journalist, but they wouldn’t accept it for others."
We always encourage our customers to carefully read the notes, terms, and conditions before making any decisions. In this case, the choice was made consciously on your part.

Don’t waste money
I recently paid ₹699 to this company, but unfortunately, I received no results or resolution for my concerns. The company lacks transparency and does not deliver on its promises.
In my experience, this is not a genuine or trustworthy company. I advise others to exercise caution before making any payments. Based on my interaction, I would not recommend this company for any business dealings.

Service Requested and Communication:
On September 16, 2024, you applied for a generic fitness certificate priced at ₹699, instead of Form 1A (₹1,349), which is required for renewing a driving license. The form clearly outlines if you are applying for a Form 1A, there is a separate form and a separate cost, which you chose to ignore.
Our team promptly informed you of this error from your end and suggested you with two options:
a. Proceed with the generic fitness certificate as per the package you paid for by sharing the vitals and proceed with the doctor consultation.
b. Pay the difference between the two packages to process Form 1A.
You declined both options on call, and the case was cancelled as per 'your suggestion' to not proceed with the difference neither helping us with the vitals for a fitness note.
While we regret your dissatisfaction, your case was handled within the stated policies agreed by you as the time of filling the form.
