Contacted on behalf of my elderly parents and from the moment Gill answered the phone she was so informative and helpful answering all the questions I asked and was very professional. I mentioned I was getting quotes from other companies and she never pushed for the sale and explained exactly what Memoria could offer at a very reasonable price which my parents were happy with.
