While the insurance company of the other party who was responsible for the accident, wasn’t able to resolve the situation, I cannot speak highly enough of MIS Claims who went over and above to help me get a courtesy car and were an absolute pleasure to deal with every step of the process.

Cannot thank Cameron and his colleagues enough. Both my parents were in a terrible crash (caused by another driver). Cameron and his team kept us well informed, making sure to phone us every step of the way and following up the conversations with detailed emails.

Despite the accident happening at one of the busiest points of the year (december) we are now at a place of resolve for the car.
