Easy way of getting rid of credit card debts.
It started with a phone interview with one of the customer service agents. It was a woman, extremely understanding, kind and smart. She suggested a program that worked with my budget. It took me three years to get rid of all my cc debt. Strongly recommend

This has been a complete nightmare!!!! They are supposed to be helping me and so far they caused my credit score to drop 51 points because they lied and didn't tell me that they would be mailing a check to my creditors which caused me to be over 30 days late, and I’ve never had a late payment before. Now after speaking with multiple incompetent reps, they debited my bank account today when I set it up for next month!!!! It's hard to reach someone and it's a different person everytime even though they pretend that there will be one specific person that will handle your account. I may have to use my credit to move soon and because of them my credit score that I’ve worked hard to maintain is now lower than it’s been in years, so I’ve disputed the late charge and hopefully this will turn around 🙏🏾

Easy to work with. Straight forward. Friendly.

What made this experience great was the guidance the company gave you at the beginning, middle, and end of the experience. There were safety valves which were explained to you. In other words, if your money will be tight for one month, you are given options. Also, when you reach your goal, you are coached to not stop there, but to make sure those companies post the fact that you paid off those depts.

I think it's really fantastic that the MMI programs exist!

They did nothing for me

I am so grateful, along with my family, that I found Pat Shelby when I called the HUD Hope line. I got her right away and she educated me on everything I needed to know. She was helpful, optimistic, and so deeply compassionate. She told me all of the possible options for our situation and she followed through by calling me throughout the day and gave me so many positive ideas and actions to take. When we called the bank together, a thoughtful action for her to take when she was already off work by the way, we received the best news possible. She was in full control of that conversation with the bank and handled it so smoothly. Then we were still being education by Pat on what the decision was and how things were handled.

My hope is that people out there in tough spots like ours find the compassionate ones at HUD and realize that they truly are there to help and educate. As a homeowner, there are so many things you do not know when it comes to your mortgage and the steps to take when you're in a dire financial situation. I know that no matter what the bank said, Pat was going to be at our side, guiding us through to other options and paving a way for us to have a positive outcome. My thanks to Pat for continuing to stay in her field for 30 years.

The time it took to pay off my debt went very fast. MMI customer service is great, always available to help with questions.

I highly recommend this organization to help manage your overwhelming debts. They are forthright and honest. My labor union recommended them. Their fees are very low, compared to other debt places. The staff are very helpful and compassionate.

If you struggle financially, albeit from a disorder or otherwise, don’t listen to the advisors - if it seems too good to be true it is, unfortunately.

She is the best person who knows how to help in this matter. Without her help it could a really mind buggling probems for to handle all this problem. She helped me in each and every steps of my process, and she made sure that evrything is going as it should be.

posted on Google: I was in deep credit card debt and about to file for bankruptcy when I was lucky enough to find Money Management International. I called while driving and the man I talk to explained that bankruptcy ruins everything for you for years if not a lifetime. He explained that by paying off the credit cards over a period of 3 years and paying greatly reduced interest, that the new credit card offers would start coming in and my score would eventually go up. It's a long journey but so worth it, and I say this from the bottom of my heart, I couldn't have done it without the guidance of MMI ! And the customer support is fantastic, every time I ended a call I would tell them that "you guys are the best !" Trust me don't hesitate, My score is way up and I have the power to do so many things. Thank you MMI, William

At first there were mishaps with certain accounts, but once those issues were resolved, it was all smooth sailing.

They don't Care the lady I spoke with told me to move from where I live to another complex. I'm about to be homeless I got third 10 Evocation notice because my Abusive Husband who is a Navy Veteran tried to do us harm after our Boston Terrier died from a Seizure conduction and not paying the Rent. I hung up on her and Blocked the Number I will never trust this company. She needs to BE FIRED

I had used my credit cards and line of credit too much. I had a hard time getting rid of the balances. The people in your company helped by caring and giving me the opportunity to pay off my debt and feel good about it. It took me 5 years and 7 months but I did it and I feel great about it. Over the past 3 years I have worked with MMI to pay of almost $25,000!! I'm now credit card free!! MMI is awesome, always working behind the scenes on your behalf with your creditors to reduce your payments and interest rates. I trusted them to take the money out of my account each month and pay my creditors, I had to keep up with the totals. It's hard work and you have to commit to it, but if you stick to the plan, you CAN pay off your debt and MMI does most of the work. I highly recommend them!!
