Morganandquinn.co.uk Reviews

Great all round . 👍

Excellent service from start to finish . Good range of carpets at very competitive price .

Placed order , advised of expected delivery date into warehouse and next day planned courier delivery (This was important as needed to book fitter locally ) .

Couriers service showed tracking by the mile and minute which was brilliant as I was at work and able to be at home with least impact . Would definitely recommend . Great value and service

Excellent service, very easy to order. My carpet is lovely, really great quality, it looks even better than it did on the website. Delivery was efficient and quick. Would definitely recommend Morgan and Quin .

A fantastic prize and service.
Delivered as requested.
Many thanks

Morgan and Quinn gave excellent customer service. Delivery was well managed during a very busy time. I would certainly purchase there again.

I ordered my carpets as the price was great. I had to wait for the next delivery in my postcode. The delivery driver was great and helpful getting carpets into the house. Would definitely recommend and will use again myself in the future

Picked and choose at a local show room googled and found m&Q. Fantastic prices and top notch service.

Quick delivery and great price. I've ordered multiple times from these guys. The delivery people always succeed in bringing in the heavy, 5m roll of carpet with no assistance from me, so that is much appreciated!

Very helpful company.
Goods arrived safe and sound and quality was great.
Many thanks

Very smooth process in ordering our flooring, clear updates and communication from purchase through to delivery, carpet was excellent quality and looks fantastic

Amazing customer service from Mel, keeping me up to date with the delivery details and we didn’t have to wait very long at all for it.
We are very happy with our purchase….the quality of the carpet for the price I paid is fantastic compared to other places I looked. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again or recommend to others. Thank you so much!

Brilliant sales , great delivery, competitive prices , exactly what i ordered, will use again soon

Great service. Wonderful to be able to speak to a Mel who was very helpful even when we needed to change our delivery date. Very pleased with the carpets, will be ordering more from them soon.

Our chosen carpet (Lewis Abbot Rural Charm) was coming up expensive everywhere else but M&Q had it at a great price so we went with them. Ordering online isn't always easy to organise a fitter but Mel at M&Q was understanding and helped us to rearrange our delivery to suit so that we weren't sat with a massive roll of carpet tripping everyone up! :) I will definitely use them again. Cost effective, great customer service and we LOVE the carpet!!!

What made my experience great ? One simple answer, Mel .
After contacting Morgan and Quinn, Mel got in touch extremely promptly. We had been struggling to find the exact carpet we wanted, luckily they found it fir us We went through all the measurements and she was so helpful through the process. Kept us fully updated as to when the delivery was going to be . And once delivered checked all was well . Even though we live 150 miles away from Morgan and Quinn will definitely use them again. Thanks for everything.

Fantastic service from Mel!!! Had a slight issue with delivery but she sorted it very quickly and kept me informed throughout. Impeccable customer service and very much appreciated!!
