A Good Experience
With our flats requiring a new mower and having experience of selling mowers I was tasked with purchasing the mower.
From the first phone call I knew that I was dealing with a very good business as they were able to help me with my choice of our new mower having chosen a battery Stihl model.
In fact I advised a local gardener of this company, and their helpfulness.

Poor deliveryThe purchase experience was negatively…
The purchase experience was negatively coloured by issues around the delivery. The courier struggled to carry the item from his vehicle inview of the weight and really a sack truck should have been used. Thereafter the courier was only interested in placing the package where he felt it should be placed and not where my wife asked him to put it leaving her to struggle to move it. Customer satisfaction was clearly not high on his list of priorities!! Overall very disappointing....

Mower not actually in stock
We ordered the mower and the site said it was in stock. We paid and then got the message back saying it would be up to 6 weeks to deliver. MowWithUs have offered the option to refund instead, which we have taken them up on as spring is here and we can't wait six weeks.
It would be better to give a clearer indication of availability on the website to begin with. I look forward to receiving my refund.

I was pleased with the price I paid for my lawnmower and with the delivery time. I unboxed it and looked it over and everything appeared ok. I didn’t try the mower because it was December and I assumed it had been tested before it was dispatched. I have recently tried to use the mower now that the weather has improved and unfortunately could not get the blades to engage. I phoned MowWithUs who informed me that it was not their problem and that my warranty is with Honda so I should take it to a Honda garden machinery dealer. The Honda dealer wasn’t interested either because the machine wasn’t purchased from them. I would not recommend this company.

We are sorry to hear the machine isn't working, and are happy to assist, however it has been 3 months since purchase, and cannot prove that it is definitely a warranty fault without inspecting the machine. As a registered Honda product, you can take it into any local dealer, or send it back to us, and the issue would be inspected and solved ASAP.
