Leadtime was incorrect
Leadtime was incorrect and we ended up waiting over 6 weeks for an item we were exepecting with in 1 week. Whilst the issue lay with their supplier - they did not updatus unless they ere chased.
Chasing them took several phones calls and emails before getting an answer.
Product and price were spot on, communciation was sadly lacking
