Union door latches
Ordered Union door latches at end of February and was given the impression they would not arrive till mid-March. In the event, they were delivered well ahead of their schedule.
The items were on good quality and, more to the point, £5 each cheaper than another competitor.
NB: This independent outfit was way more competitive than Amazon.

Handles were a perfect match. Only needed to renew the actual handles which were not east to track down.

Easy to order latch relacement
Easy to order, kept informed and delivered early.
One disappointment was that after fitting this replacement latch, it didn't spring back so out it came and I discovered that it required lubrication. This has almost resolved the situation but it isn't quite right. Otherwise very impressed with the service.
