Munster Joinery Reviews

From start to finish my experience with Munster joinery was second to none, after making contact with Munster joinery as I was looking to talk to someone about replacing windows and doors I was introduced to Nial Fleming a sales representative who looked after my area, Nial was an absolute gentleman to deal with, very patient, honest and trustworthy, he returned phone call after phone call well up to and after the job had been completed to answer and help with any questions. My experience with the window fitters was also a pleasure, Aidan Forde and his crew of two were very professional in every way, very hard working, very clean and very obliging and left a complete and finished job and very happy customers, Aidan had organised for a service technician to call to replace one of the smaller windows that had been damaged during transport. Two days later I was contacted by Declan O’Connel a service technician from Munster Joinery, Declan couldn’t have been more helpful, any little touch up that was required he completed and within one week Declan had returned to fit the damaged window. I would honestly recommend Munster Joinery and their team I dealt with to anybody.

I had a very positive experience using Munster Joinery to get new front & back doors. Thanks a million to Martin Mannion for a gr8 sales service & follow up calls to keep us updated. Thanks too to Sean & his colleague for a lovely job fitting them 👍 👍....no more rattly doors!!

Couldn’t be happier with our new windows and doors. We were very happy to hear our builder worked with Munster joinery as we had heard nothing but amazing things about the company and the products. It was a very seamless process from start to finish. Niamh was an incredible help to us throughout the full process and we felt really taken care of. She spent a lot of time helping us decide which windows and doors would best suit our new build and imparted very valuable advice which we followed. We couldn’t be happier with the finished result. I would highly recommend Niamh and Munster Joinery to anyone going through the building/renovating process.

Recently had triple glazed windows and two PVC doors fitted by Munster, we couldn't be happier with the products and service from start to finish. We dealt With Paul Tierney and Tim Quinlivan pre installation, they kept us up to date and informed of everything all along the way, very professional. We can't say enough good things about the installer Tommy Quinlivan and his team, neat ,tidy and left our place amazingly clean.

We are delighted with our windows, big shout out to James and his team.
James went through every detail with us, his experience was a huge factor when it came to choosing the colours and type of windows for certain areas within the house, and was also was just a phone call away if we needed which was very helpful.

Terrible customer service lately…I have been ordering from same rep for over 20 years. Couldn’t care less attitude after they charge you the full price in advance. Delivered new windows and waiting 2 weeks to know when they might be fitted. Avoid

James Hickey made the whole thing very painless. Great advice during site consultation. Quick turnaround with measurements, pricing and contract. Windows ordered promptly and delivered and installed within the timeframe promised. Fitters on site were very professional, courteous and did a good job. Great experience all around.

We were delighted with Colm Daly who helped us through the whole process from selection to ordering and fitting. We even had windows and doors fitted ahead of schedule. Colm was so easy to deal with and excellent with follow up

We had a tricky refit on an old house in Sligo. From the first meeting with Brendan, we were comfortable with the advice and wisdom he offered when explaining the pro's and cons of the options available. We decided on timber Aluclad windows with a bold external colour. The quality of the windows, the standard of fitting and most of all, the communication and clarity of advice we received exceeded our expectations. Munster Joinery can be very proud of their sales and installation guys in Sligo, A very professional experience from start to finish!

We just had all our windows and external door replaced with triple glazing by Munster joinery. We are extremely happy with the process and the end result. From our first contact with the company representative Mr John Cannon who was so professional and helpful and advised us on all aspects of the job including timeframe, design and colour to the completion works. He was so patient with us and no questions were left unanswered. Paul Duffy and his team that fitted the windows and doors were very professional, efficient and neat and tidy done a great job with minimum disruption. The windows look great and we are very pleased with the whole process and have no hesitation in recommending Munster Joinery for window and door replacements.

We have worked with Munster Joinery for a number of years and have always found them excellent to deal with. A special mention has to go Ken Lacey , who consistently goes above and beyond .

Delighted with our new windows and doors, Stephen O Farrelly went above and beyond for us under difficult circumstances, our second time buying from Stephen and he has been great.

We had our window install yesterday, on time and with little disruption, by the very efficient install team led by Daniel, and they are due to do follow up cladding etc soon, all is going smoothly for us and we are very impressed. What has made the process and why we chose this company over others however was the expertise, availability and professionalism of Paul, our rep. Paul has been so so easy to deal with, extremely kind and patient with my numerous bouts of overthinking AND has actually been a bit of craic along the way. Just what you need when dealing with the stress of a renovation project. Thank you Paul, Daniel and team, we highly recommend!!!

We have just recently had our windows and doors fitted with Munster Joinery.
From start to finish it ran so smoothly! Phil was who we dealt with from first call out to chatting with colours, styles etc. Nothing was a hassle...He made it so easy!
Delivery date was bang on also!
Mairead in office, was a pleasure. Reassuring me any problems, to get in touch. And day of fitting and call out follow up, were perfect. I'd highly recommend Munster Joinery.
Thanks a million

We had our windows and doors fitted a few months ago and we had a really positive experience from start to finish. We especially want to mention Shane Rafferty, who was brilliant throughout the whole process. He gave us so much help and advice when choosing the right windows and doors, and we couldn’t be happier with the final result.

Since the installation, we’ve also had several technicians out to check everything, and the aftercare service has been excellent as well. Overall, it has been a great experience all round and we would highly recommend the company.

Efficient service from start to finish. The agent Cameron was very helpful and instructive, and was available to answer phonecalls about the few queries I had. Also, fitting the windows was done quickly, with very little disruption, thanks to Damien and his team. Getting new windows is a big job, but both Cameron and Damien helped make it way less stressful than I had anticipated. Strongly recommend Munster Joinery.

We were extremely satisfied with Munster Joinery as we recently swapped out all of our 20-30+ year old windows and doors for the latest triple glazed equivalents.
The initial discussion of colours, materials, styles and options was straightforward and afterwards we visited their factory in Ballydesmond to help us with final decisions.
From there the order was processed promptly, stage payments made. We got a delivery date sooner than we had expected and an installation date the following week. From start to finish, the MJ team were friendly, professional and the overall process was very smooth.
The installation team was top class. They were super efficient and made even the more difficult aspects of the job seem easy. They took great care to minimize the amount of dust in the house as well which was much appreciated.
Overall, we are delighted with the service we received. The windows and doors look great, giving our house a welcome refresh and we are confident they will add greatly to our comfort in the years ahead.

Colm Daly is a pleasure to deal with on multiple occasions and is the reasons why we use Munster joinery as a company

Colm was very helpful and did a good job. No complaints
