Munster Joinery Reviews

Excellent performance from all concerned, Colm Daly point of contact communication from h q on installation dates and the crew who fitted left no stone unturned.
Great all round team performance
Proud irish owned managed and operated company continued success

Naomh Stack was the person who oversaw the installation of windows and doors at 29 hillview Carrigaline very efficient and helpful. The windows and doors were fitted within 14 days of Naomh visit to the site. The fitters were on time and did a really good job. Overall a great outcome. Murty nagle.

I recently had both my front and back doors replaced and I’m really happy with the whole experience. From start to finish the service was excellent.
I dealt with James Hickey who was very helpful when I was choosing the doors and explained everything clearly, which made the decision much easier. The work was completed quickly and efficiently, with great attention to detail.
The price was very competitive there were no hidden costs or surprises. I would definitely recommend this company.

Had windows and doors fitted on 6th June. The Rep made an error in our order with one particular window and refused to take phone calls. I rang the company several times, only to be told: "Speak to the rep." I explained he wasn't answering, yet I was informed he was telling head office he had contacted me – absolute bullshit; he knew he had effed up and didn't want to take responsibility. I asked to speak to management, but "they don't take calls from the public", and the only way to contact them was via email, so I sent 3; no replies.
Geraldine Cummins (management?), you might want to do your job.
Today is the 19th of June; no returned calls, no resolution. I was hung up on 3 times today by Sita, Regina and Cefonia.
I hope Donald Price listens to the calls that are supposedly recorded: "You must pay for the new window, and that is that." It is shocking, to say the least.
If this were my company, I would be utterly embarrassed. I would sack management immediately.
Their saying "The professionals you can trust" is just that – a saying and false advertising.
I would NOT recommend anyone go with this company. They are quick to take your money and then quick to do a disappearing act should you need aftercare. Very unprofessional and a huge letdown.

I have delt with Paul the rep from Offaly over the years. He is very professional and easy to work with.
Very happy overall.

A great professional outfit.from first contact our rep paul met us on site ,measured up the house (a new build )
Quotation was quick and great value !
Ordered and installed within 3 weeks
The quality and finish of the windows and doors was 100%
Cant recommend them enough
Thanks paul for everything

We recently used Munster Joinery to upgrade our windows and doors. We dealt with MJ rep Kevin Jones, who organised everything for us - prompt delivery and no delays with agreed installation date. The installers (Shane Carmody) were so efficient, tidy, clean and the plaster finish was excellent.
I would highly recommend Munster Joinery.

Absolutely delighted with my new doors. James was a pleasure to deal with. The whole job was completed to a high standard. Reliable, professional and easy to deal with it. Would highly recommend

Brilliant very happy, did a lovely quick clean job removed old windows and installed much better new ones air tight sealed up and no damage to external plastering all sorted. Excellent workmanship

Rang James Hickey 7th May for windows/doors upgrade. John his brother had them installed 4th June. Very impressed with windows/doors/service, brilliant from start to finish and the checks put in place after installation, highly recommend Munster Joinery 👍

Just had our windows upgraded from double glaze to triple glaze with passive frames. Would highly recommend Sean McCrudden who dealt with the sale of the windows and facilitated with the installation dates that suited our family.

We dealt with James hickey for our windows and doors on our new build. Absolutely brilliant service including recommendations for what would work in our house. Highly recommend James and Munster.

We are very happy with the windows and doors for our new build house. Billy was particularly helpful and had some great ideas on the type of window that best suited to the space. From start to finish it was very straightforward.

We dealt with Bill McAuliffe and he couldn’t have been more helpful from day one. He gave us great advice on the types of windows and doors as well the opening directions and little things we wouldn’t have considered.

Great service.

We have a new build in Co.Galway. Fantastic service from start to finnish , Paul Tierney was our point of contact and everything was delivered on time like he advised. Two weeks from payment to fitting.
Quality of our doors and Sash windows are excellent, Tommy joe our fitter was experienced and made sure all was correct. Also a service man called after to check all and will call again before we move in.
Munster joinery are brilliant to deal with , Quality and price !

From my very first contact with the sale man (Colm) to completion of the job everyone was of course professional , polite ,but that is of course expected. However my property was left clean and lads made a very sincere effort to miminise the level of clean up that I had to do. As with any job its the lads that make the diffence , the small things count , I can only vouch for the guys that I dealt with but they could not have been more accomadating as I had a member of my household dealing with chemo and the lads worked around his needs , this goes over and above . Fantastic service.

We are absolutely thrilled with our new door and windows. We found deciding on the right finish a bit overwhelming but Alan was so patient with us, outlining all of our options, and the finished product exceeded our expectations as a result. Nothing was too much trouble for the fitters either, who paid great attention to detail and left the place nice and tidy. The entire experience was seamless from beginning to end.

We are extremely happy with our experience with Munster Joinery from start to finish.
Séan McCrudden was an absolute pleasure to deal with and always available to answer any queries or concerns we had. Shane and his team did an excellent job installing our windows and doors and we are thrilled with the finished result. The whole team were friendly, professional and helpful throughout. We would have no hesitation recommending Munster Joinery and would be more than happy to use their services again in the future.

From start to finish my experience with Munster joinery was second to none, after making contact with Munster joinery as I was looking to talk to someone about replacing windows and doors I was introduced to Nial Fleming a sales representative who looked after my area, Nial was an absolute gentleman to deal with, very patient, honest and trustworthy, he returned phone call after phone call well up to and after the job had been completed to answer and help with any questions. My experience with the window fitters was also a pleasure, Aidan Forde and his crew of two were very professional in every way, very hard working, very clean and very obliging and left a complete and finished job and very happy customers, Aidan had organised for a service technician to call to replace one of the smaller windows that had been damaged during transport. Two days later I was contacted by Declan O’Connel a service technician from Munster Joinery, Declan couldn’t have been more helpful, any little touch up that was required he completed and within one week Declan had returned to fit the damaged window. I would honestly recommend Munster Joinery and their team I dealt with to anybody.
