We have been using Baskil Windows/Munster Joinery for a number of years at various sites and have found them to be extremely helpful. My recent dealing was with Conor Duff and the job was completed without any issues, we'll be using them again no doubt.

Brian was a great help advisung us with a site visit. The aluclad lift and glide technology is very smooth.

We recently had new uPVC triple glazed windows, aluclad lift and slide patio door and Ultratech front door installed by Munster Joinery.

From the start, we found MJ excellent to deal with. We initially met with Colm in sales. He was very knowledgeable and provided us with excellent advice on the options and made some very good suggestions.

We visited the showroom in Ballydesmond and found the staff very helpful and informative.

We received 2 other quotes but we were happy to go with Munster Joinery based on their products which best met our needs and the people that we dealt with.

Excellent experience with Munster Joinery

I recently had windows fitted for my new-build house by Munster Joinery, through their agent Declan O’Leary, and I have to say the whole experience was excellent from start to finish.

From the very first meeting, Declan was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He gave great advice on every aspect of the windows, even down to the opening direction of individual windows and taking the prevailing wind in the area into consideration. His attention to detail really stood out.

Declan also provided plenty of photographs from previous projects, which was a great help when deciding on different styles, finishes and options. It made the whole process much easier and gave me a clear idea of what the finished product would look like.

The lead time was also excellent. From making the final decisions to having the windows manufactured and fitted was a very short period, which was particularly impressive for a new build.

There was an issue with one window which meant it couldn’t be fitted on the original installation day. Naturally, I was thinking this could turn into a long wait to get it resolved. However, I was pleasantly surprised when Munster Joinery had the issue sorted and the window installed within a week. The after-sales service was excellent.

Overall, I would 100% recommend Munster Joinery. The quality of the windows, the installation and the level of customer service were all first class.

A special mention has to go to Declan O’Leary, who was outstanding throughout. His knowledge, advice and attention to detail made the entire experience very positive.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Munster Joinery 100% from me!

Just had two projects completed from MJ. Everything went fine. Had a few adjustments to be made after install which is completely normal. Service team follow through after the install and everything perfect with my clients.
