Excellent service

Sterling job done by Munster Joinery from start to finish with excellent communication throughout the recent re-fit.

The service on the front end is exceptional to include the installers. The service on getting the SEAI paperwork signed and complete is very challenging. Having to wait 4-6 weeks to get my SEAI paperwork signed so I can submit for reimbursement is not ideal.

Munster joinery fitted my windows today on my new build. To say I’m delighted with how the windows look and how they were installed would be an understatement. I’m very happy. James hickey was looking after me here in Kilkenny. From day one measuring up, planning colors, openings and designs he couldn’t have been more helpful. The service he provided was second to none and we’re very grateful. I would highly recommend Munster joinery.

Sid was very helpful and patient from the start, nothing was too much trouble for him. I was unsure of the colour and the style that might work for my house so he sent me on photos of similar house and the doors that worked for them. The fitters were excellent too. All in all it was a very good experience.

From meeting Ronan O'Hare his professional approach and knowledge regarding our home and recommendations regarding the windows we choose from monster joinery was excellent.
