The quality of their product is great and their staff is simply outstanding. Soon after my order was placed, I received a call from Vica, who became my personal concierge for this order. She guided me through every step of the process. There was a snag with the order upon delivery but this was quickly escalated by Vica for resolution. The issue was immediately addressed and might I say that the issue received attention from higher management to ensure it was addressed correctly. It made it feel that they took personal interest in getting the issue resolved. I could not have asked for a better response. Vica has checked in through the installation process just to see if there is anything else they can assist with. I will certainly recommend their product to other people. Kudos to Vica and the rest of the Murphy Door team.

I placed my order and within a couple of hours Vica reached out to me to review my order. When we got to the book latch hardware she asked if I had a book
I didn't realize it didn't come with the kit so she helped get it added to the order. Vica was knowledgeable, polite, professional and friendly. So far a great experience.
