Stumble upon this website recommended by the Clinic. They have wide variety of selections for setting up a Beauty Spa or your own personal use. Customer service was excellent! Was lucky enough to had Miya help me through the process of my return and checking in for updates. Definitely was a smooth sailing!

It’s my second time buying from them and the costumer support from Miya is beyond words, Oran who helped me to choose my machine was great guiding me and answering all my questions. Definitely I recommend this website and their products since they are real ones with excellent quality.

This company is a shit show. They sent me a bad label and never sent me my machine . I will keep putting reviews but they refused to refund my money also !! I’m so sick to my stomach . They just took my money like that . DO NOT TRUST !

I am very happy with the Machine I am going to have to still get use to how to use. I would have like more information on how to use the attachments and what is recommended for serums. I would also like a way to order extra tips for the Hydrofacial attachment.

As I order in mid January not knowing about the holiday that was approaching The customer service from mychway at all times kept me informed about my order. Another thing was when the holiday was over I asked about my order again and they provided informationa and a tracking once I got my track8ng number I received my Machine 4 days later. I cannot say enough about their customer service. Always respectful and on point. I purchased an S-Shape Pro, one of the handles had a problem, and I contacted them via What’s App(that’s the best way to communicate with them). They had another handle out to me in less than a week. On another occasion, a friend had given me a used Hydrafacial machine. She had lost the LED mask. I was able to purchase a replacement very easily. They are in top of their customer service at all times. Just remember that they are on a different time schedule than the USA.

The machine arrived quickly and safely to us. The hard case it was in is very sturdy and protected the machine. The machine setup was quick and easy and instructions were easy to follow. The machine works great is very good quality and is easy to operate. Do not recommend using product on face it will burn

Excellent experience. One of my machines came defective and they worked with me very quickly to get it fixed. Miya was awesome and very patient with my requests. They also provided me with reassurance and helped me understand the mechanism of action for each of the machines. Highly recommend for both the machines and the excellent customer service.
