Great experience from the ordering process and shipping. The only reason for the 4 instead of 5 star is the user manual content, it’s not very helpful for someone just starting.

Miya was great! She has excellent customer service skills and is very knowledgeable about their products. I received my product within a few days of ordering and I am very pleased with the quality and pricing.

I ordered an ultra cavitation machine that unfortunately stopped working properly after a few uses.

When I contacted support for Assistance, they were very helpful and after sending videos of the problem they were able to verify it and informed me they would send me a replacement for the parts that weren’t working properly.

The replacement came really quickly and it was delivered to my door.

I am overall very happy with the communication I had as they had me informed of everything throughout the process.

I will definitely buy from then again in the future as this electric problems can happen to any company, but not all fix the problem so efficiently.

So far I've received 2 orders from Mychway & I'm considering doing more. I was a little apprehensive about placing my orders because many people have had bad experiences from other sites that sell things from China. One of the things I really like about Mychway is that they have warehouses in the US, so I don't have to worry about having to pay for unexpected duties charges. Deliveries have been very quick, about 4 days after I placed my order. I also like that they give you a lot of important information/specs about the items you are considering buying. A lot of other websites don't. If I still have any questions, I can send a message to Mychway and I've always had a quick response. It is nice to know that if I have questions about the items I've purchased, I can contact them for answers. They have a lot of videos that walk you through setting up and using your machines. It's good to join their Facebook group, too. I'll admit that when I first got my machines, I was a little intimidated by how to set up and use the machine, but the videos really helped and made it pretty simple to get started. I've been using these machines twice a week for about 1 1/2 months now and I'm honestly amazed that I'm seeing the results that these machines say they'll give you. I kind of thought they sounded a little too good to be true, but they are doing what they said they would. The products are generally well priced for the quality you are getting, but the coupons really convinced me to place my orders. That was a nice extra. Just don't forget to use the coupon codes when you are checking out. They are not automatically applied. One of the last things that I really like about buying here is that Mychway offers guarrantees for their products. Others don't. I have a feeling that I'll never need to use them because these machines seem very well built & come with some extra safeguards that other companies don't provide. The only con I have is that the user manual code be a little better, but their videos & other videos online helped to clear up any confusion I initially had. I would definitely recommend ordering from Mychway, & the quality of their products, without reservation!
