Their customer service is outstanding. The original package was lost by FedEx. I contacted them to let them know. They reached out to me on Whatsapp to let me know a new machine was sent. They followed up after delivery to check that I received it and that it was in working order. This was for a 5 in 1 cavitation machine. I'm quite pleased.

The machine I ordered arrived right on time and is of excellent quality. I’ve now had the chance to fully test it, and I’m very happy with how it works—it’s easy to use and performs exactly as expected. It’s also great to know that I can continue to rely on their support if needed.

Amazing customer service, I purchased the 40k with the 8 attachments. I received the machine quicker than I imagined, but was missing the shelves. Customer service immediately responded on the “What’s app” (amazing for international) and the shelves were on their way. Love the machine, still in learning phase. Great instructional videos on YouTube.

I ordered a 5 in 1 cavitation machine in April, which unfortunately was then stuck in US customs for nearly 4 weeks. In fact, it is still stuck in US customs! I reached out Mychway's customer service and their response was immediate, they offered me $ compensation or the ability to swap for a product that could be shipped from their US-based warehouse. They were so incredibly helpful and responsive, I was able to swap for a different cavitation machine that arrived 3 business days after we settled the exchange. Really impressed with the quality of the machine, and the customer service team's attention to my order, I would definitely recommend them!

I ordered a 6 in 1 cavitation machine a week ago and no tracking number no reply from the live chat as to when or even IF I’ll receive my order. I think I’ve been scammed. Supposedly, they deliver within 3 - 5 business days after your order but it’s been 6 and I don’t even have a tracking number. They sent me a email with YouTube links for how to operate the machine and a “manual” that turned out to be a broken link. So, no tracking number, no machine, no manual & no response. Beware.

UPDATE: I finally got the cavitation machine on 7/6/25. Once this review went up, I was immediately contacted by someone from MyChWay's customer service department (which I appreciate) who explained that shipping was delayed because the particular machine I ordered was out of stock and new stock was coming it. My delivery was supposed to come sooner than 7/6 but there was some delay on FedEx's end so that's not their fault. Set up pretty easy and I used it as soon as I got it. Now, time to wait for results.

The customer service was stellar from the beginning. They have been (and still are) kindly and patiently answering all my questions and proactively looking for solutions to any concerns I may have. The machine I ordered arrived faster than I expected and seems of good quality so far. I have yet to properly test it, but I'm happy that I can rely on the support service if there are any issues!

I bought a Monopolar RF Machine from MyChWay and just love it... real power for all the body parts and good results. (I had tried many machines before but they were just like toys to compare with their products) and what is really incredible is the service and support before and after the purchase - 24hrs on WhatsApp ... they really care for you and are certainly the top in China and worldwide offering nice home and professional machines) Thank you! you are awesome...

I ordered an EMS machine and it came in and it works great so far. I had Some issues with the shipping but Miya and Oran helped me with every question I had got my shipment out for me and answered all my questions or any concerns I had. Quick shipping. 2 days earlier than expected. I thought a part was missing, and they responded immediately. I ended up finding the bag of parts behind the bench I unpacked it on, so I didn't need to follow through with the replacement, but it's nice to know they are so quick to respond.

I ordered a professional quality hair removal device for my daughter who was going to be visiting. When a delay arose Mya let me know right away and was able to change the shipping address to my daughters home since it wouldn’t reach my home while she was visiting. Anytime I had a question customer service was quick to respond. It had been one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. My daughter needs to try it out and if she has questions she has the customer service email to ask questions.
