I love my machines from Mychway! They have excellent customer service too. Whenever I have a question or concern about my machine they are always quick to respond and help me resolve quickly. Prices are reasonable and the machines do what they are supposed to do. Highly recommend!

Great communication and customer service
There was a small delay in processing my order but when I contacted the store they were quick to help out and made sure to stay in contact during the entire process, and also sent a free power chord when I needed it. I will definitely be buying from them in the future. I am also happy with the cavitation machine which is very good quality.

Mychaway customer service and support team is amazing! I had issues with two parts on my device and Miya went above and beyond to try to fix the issue. She think offered to send replacement parts to ensure we got it back working. I would highly recommend this company not just for the equipment but also for the customer service.

Mychway support was very quick to respond via e-mail and went the extra mile to ensure that I received the correct replacement part.
