The service it's amazing and the customer service was very helpful

Great customer service since the moment I got the tracking number right after my purchase I was assisted through until the package arrived , had a bunch of questions about the machine for a period of a few weeks and got a fast response every time and recieved all the information needed and answers to all of my questions , with lots of patience . Machine works wonderful and I’ve been seeing results since the first session . I got the 9 in one and very happy with it .

Miya was the one who answered all my questions regarding my order, cleared up my doubts and was on top of my shipment. Sent me tracking number information, and even when the shipment arrived contacted me to make sure I had my machine. I have purchased all of my equipment from this company because of their exceptional customer service.

My coolsculting machine was delivered and one of the handle sides didn’t work. The customer rep was very quick and nice with communication which I appreciated. I wasn’t too thrilled about them wanting me to take the machine apart and asking me to trouble shoot to try and fix it, however I was very pleased when they decided to send me a replacement machine. At the end of the day, the problem was solved and I am happy about that.
So far the machine works great.

I couldn't be any happier with the customer service I received. My machine kept showing an error code everytime I was trying to use it. I spoke with Miya and within a week she sent me a new part, and everything is working fine now.

I had a great experience with this company my first machine I received was broken but quickly exchanged with a new one that works. I will be testing out the product over the next few months to be able to see results personally. The communication and exchange process went extremely well and I would highly recommend this company.

This company is such a jokoe. Did anyone else that they have like no verified reviews in more than a year?! Like someone else wisely commented they are just cooking their eview score with professionally written reviews. I was really disapponted by the muchway cavitation machine we received- visibly scratched and energy output was very minimal. Total waste of $600 and its going in the garbage.
