My experience with mychway from equipments,to customer service is the best I have ordered several times and I have everything working the way they are supposed to I was attended by Miya thanks for all updates notifications and keeping me updated on my packages definitely I'll be buying again

I ordered 6 in 1 cavitation machine and it’s as described and on time delivery. The customer service is great and they get back to you in a timely manner on what’s app. Have not used it yet and will review in a few months regarding my results either here or on YouTube .

My experience with Mychway has been excellent! Questions are responded to within 24hrs, the customer service reps are very helpful and courteous. I love my machine, it takes time and you have to be consistent but it performs exactly the way it’s presented. My skin looks 10 years younger!

This company is the best productor of quality machines, also those intended for home use, deliver perfect results, we use them in our studio and work by far much better than many professional machines we have bought in the past.

So far I have purchased 3 different body contouring devices from this company and the equipment was great and the customer service is top notch. All my shipments were fairly quick to receive. I would highly recommend this company.

I ordered 2 different machines. It took almost 4 months to receive because I live outside of the U.S. Miya kept in touch with me the entire time. Sending updates and requesting more information if needed. There was never a time that I reached out and did not receive a timely response. My review is mainly based on the customer service since I have yet to use either machine.

This company is great. I had absolutely no complaints. Delivery time was fast. Customer service was top notch! everytime I had a question or concern i didn’t have to wait a long time for a response. I needed new laser pads those were shipped out less than a week. Thank you for your great customer service.

Their customer service is excellent! There is a delay only due to time difference but they are readily available through WhatsApp. They are willing to offer a lot of help and support when needed. Highly recommend

Sharing here my total satisfaction with my machine, in just a few sessions I was able to see incredible results. I also cannot fail to mention how well I was served by the Mychway representatives who were super attentive and dedicated to answering all my questions and doubts, I give it a 10 and I highly recommend it. I also can't forget to say how fast the delivery of my machine and all the creams was. I am really happy !

Very quick to respond to a concern with my laser lipo machine and assure me that nothing was wrong.

I purchased the radio frequency machine and it was delivered on time with no issues , the manual was emailed to me and when I had questions about how to use the machine customer service helped me right away ! They also answered other questions I had !

I am not one to write reviews good or bad, but Mychway and Miya are truly the UNICORN of online retailers, and I had to share my experience. Watching a beauty blogger's insta about all the benefits of her cavitation machine sent me down a rabbit hole of research on these machines. Approximately 100 YouTube videos later I felt very confident this would be a solid company to purchase my machine from. It's annoying to read a review claiming other reviews are "fake", as I will explain, my experience mimics all of the glowing reviews. When I purchased my machine, I had multiple models in my "shopping cart", I do this to compare specs of one's that meet my "wants". Well I removed the one I wanted and purchased the one I didn't want. When I received my tracking info email the next day (yes the next day, that was impressive) I realized I ordered the wrong model. I emailed their customer service and Miya responded almost immediately with all my options to get the correct machine to me ASAP. She had already reached out to fed ex to reroute it back to them (it was already half way across the country at this point), she gave me all the fed ex info for me to also try on my end. She got it done! I had the model I wanted literally a few days later! It doesn't end there, Miya follows up every step of the way, genuinely interested In my experience with the machine. I wouldn't hesitate one second ordering anything from this company again, their customer service and the quality of the products they sell are the best I've ever dealt with!!

They reached out to me to tell me I had accidently paid twice! They credited my credit card, updated me consistently on my order and were always available on chat within a few minutes. After I received my order they checked in, sent me user videos to help me use my machine, and a link to the manual. I will DEFINITELY use them again
