Mydreamflight Reviews

Ahmed was an excellent agent. He listened to my request and found the right flight. He even found a cheaper alternative.
He appears to have taken care of everything. Just need to turn up.

I would definitely choose to use company again, especially Ahmed

Ahmed was a delight to talk to and organising my ticket. He is a top travel agent deserving promotion in his job.

It was a most wonderful experience in that Abraham was utterly helpful, displayed an excellent customer service, he'd clearly & patiently help me to secure my airline ticket explaining the processing

I Bought my ticket though this company . Mr Abraham was my Advisor and he helped me alot throughout the booking process

Excellent service from start to finish. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently, and I was really happy with the overall experience. Friendly, reliable, and easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend them to others and wouldn’t hesitate to use their service again. Thank you!

I was most concerned that I might inadvertently find a scam company. However, despite my anxiety Mydreamteam turned out to be legit. I had Abraham Khalet assist me through the process of a return flight to South Africa. He did get the best value with a shortest stop over which was another of my priorities. He was most patient during that process and I cannot recommend him enough. I am most satisfied with his expertise and manner during the booking. BUT I suspect the staff are under pressure from their manager to pressure one to get the payment. Once I agreed to the flight and had to pay, Abraham became quite impatient about my apparent slowness, to an extent that I almost cancelled. I see from other reviews also that the service is excellent but once payment comes into the brief, then the pressure from them is irritating and for me it was stressful. I hope their manager reads the reviews about staff pressurising customers. I would have given 5 stars but for the pressure. However I thank Abraham Kalel for finding me a good flight at a good price although the Flight Airline Condor warns one of possible increases for various reasons even once booked. Thank you Abraham Khalel, you certainly know your job.

I would like to sincerely thank Ayan who assisted me with my airline ticket. He showed great dedication to customer care and handled everything with exceptional care, patience, and professionalism.

I was genuinely very happy with the service and felt that my request was handled carefully from start to finish. The attention to detail and commitment to helping me made a real difference.

A truly solid performance and an excellent example of great customer service. Many thank for your time, and care.

Again trying to get my refund for a flight voucher that was promised to me. This is great until.they take your money from you. Dont believe these reviews on this site. They are not a true reflection. This company is unregulated, not covered by the FCA or CAA

Ahmed was very helpful throughout the booking process and service
Highly recommended.
Was very helpful and supportive through out the process

Still communicating to a human being instead of a cold automated system is great. The guy, who served me was very helpful even after the deal was already closed.

Armaan was really helpful and patient staff, especially with a complicated ticketing issue. Great service.

Sarah been very supportive and patient during this process and we got the ticket today.
She deserves to get reward from the company.Because of her we can trust and recommend our friends and community members to work with Comfy tickets ltd.
Thanks
Gedeon

Annie was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me.

Annie was very helpful and patient and I got the impression she was trying her best to get me an afforable but quality seat. Also, the airline I chose had no check in luggage arrangement; but she found a good solution for that.
