After entering all my vehicle details correctly via my registration the incorrect part was still sent. For info the vehicle is a 2022 Ford Puma ST 1.5 200ps. These details were clearly shown in the parts search and the parts selected were confirmed as a fit on their website. When they arrived to be fitted by Ford the engineers explained that the discs sent by MMW were 278mm and on the ST they should be 325mm!! MMW accepted my request at a refund but be warned they don't collect the items, that is down to you to pay for shipping/return!! They have a 'GET OUT' disclaimer telling you that there are multiple fitments possible and you need to confirm fitment!! That will be my last order with them.... Be warned.....

Needed some citrus pre wash as I'd nearly run out motor world had infinity wax 5L on offer thought I'd give it a ordered on the 6th arrived on the 7th fantastic service 👍

They deliver my parcel before the estimated arrival time, the driver was professional and offered to help as the items were very heavy by i managed. And the delivery was free which I like the most .

Ruined holiday plans and left with stolen goods – avoid if you actually need your order!

​I ordered a set of Summit roof bars for my BMW E60 on July 30th and paid extra for next-day delivery. That was the beginning of a complete disaster.

​Failed Next-Day Delivery: The next day, I couldn't track the parcel. When I called, I was told it would arrive the following day instead (they did refund the delivery fee, but the delay was already an issue).

​Ignored Time Slots & Abandoned Parcel: On delivery day, I received an ETA window of 12:15 PM – 1:15 PM, specifically stating a signature was required. I made sure someone was home during that exact window. Instead, the driver turned up early at 11:20 AM, signed for it themselves, and dumped the parcel outside on the grass by my hedge.

​Stolen Goods: Because it was left unattended in plain sight, the parcel was stolen before anyone got home.
​I was patient and gave My Motor World time to resolve it. Their courier claimed an investigation would take 3–4 days.

​I had a family camping trip planned for August 5th. Because of their mess-up, I was forced to buy alternative bars last-minute (which barely fit) and ultimately had to buy a roof bag to make the trip work—incurring significant extra expense and massive unnecessary stress.
​Fast forward to August 7th and 10th: I’ve chased them via phone and email, and they still have no updates on my refund.

​Save yourself the headache, money, and stress. Do not buy from My Motor World if you expect your items to arrive on time—or at all. Their delivery process is a joke, and their customer service once things go wrong is practically non-existent.

Edit 11/08/26: I've since had an email from the company, and following the couriers (DHL) investigation I won't be receiving a refund, as the GPS confirms he was at my address.

So this company can take your money, deliver without a signature and then deny you a refund when the item 'goes missing'.

Excellent friendly service from knowledgeable and helpful staff, good waiting area, and the best prices around, I will definitely be going back again and would 100% recommend this garage. 👍

The offer on 5-30w oil was a great offer.
To be honest I already have the oil for my next 2 oil changes but at that price I still purchased 15 litres and got 5 litres of quality screen wash for less than £4 at the same time.
Plus free delivery.
Will be using again and happy this company is keeping the likes of Halfords on their toes.
