Wow just WOW

Wow! Simply WOW!

Lets start with the initial experience for purchasing my MYO Infrared indoor Sauna.
The professionalism from calls and updates with my delivery and the delivery itself was perfect, on time and extremely helpful, with the delivery team placing it inside the house. Then the aftersale call to ensure I was happy with everything makes you feel that this product is so much more than just a sale. You truly are buying from individuals that want you to experience that you (the customer) is at the very forefront of their priorities.

Then there's the product itself. A solid structure, that i put together in under 20mins and ready to use. The quality is second to none with thick wooden walls, roof, flooring and seat, with a thick glass door front. This Sauna looks and feels like it wouldn't be out of place in a professional gym.

Then finally, my personal experience using the MYO Infrared Sauna. I have always loved Saunas. The hotter the better! And this product hits this requirement and more! My sleep and drastically improved literally from the very first use, as well recovering from high, intense workouts.

I cannot recommend this product enough! If you're on the fence if you should buy one or not, this is your review to confirm you need a Sauna in your life!

Outstanding Myozone

I have a myochill linked to my myofreeze ice bath so I went a step further and added the myozone. Once again, as every single time I’ve dealt with myomaster the service has been outstanding! They are really quick to reply/repsond/communicate and items are delivered really quickly.
This is an outstanding brand clearly ran by some excellent people!
Absolutley class service.

Brilliant customer support from Marion

We had a minor issue with one of the parts within our Sauna and the team were brilliant at resolving the issue. Marion is a superstar & was a great help who resolved the problem for us quickly and efficiently.

After debating which sauna to buy

After debating which sauna to buy , I opted for the Myo infrared single sauna . The experience of the sauna getting delivered was handled very professionally and communication was 100% . Like they say 20-30 mins assembly then good to go , I’ve had the sauna over 3 weeks now and in it minimum 5 nights a week and feel much better , I would highly recommend Myo simply for the service and the product .

MyoSauna Infrared - Great Product

We’ve had the MyoSauna Infrared for a short time now and it’s already become a staple in the house.
Setup was straightforward, which is always a good sign, and the overall build quality is excellent — it feels like a premium product rather than something you have to “figure out” as you go.

What’s surprised me most is how quickly it’s become part of daily life. It’s great for switching off at the end of the day, and I’ve definitely noticed benefits in terms of recovery and general stress levels.
Unexpected bonus — the whole family is now using it regularly, so it’s getting far more use than I originally anticipated.
Overall, very happy with the purchase and would absolutely recommend.

Game Changer

Absolutely love the product, I'm only a few weeks in to using it properly and it's a game changer for my osteoarthritis and joints, would recommend to everyone, especially given it's value for money. However, whilst Customer Services were super friendly and helpful on the phone, despite it being the Easter Holiday, there are a few negatives, sadly. A replacement back panel heater was send out for a faulty one that 'popped' upon first use, which is fine but all that was sent was the filament with no instructions, and it really wasn't an easy task to replace, very fiddly! And speaking of not an easy task, the installation video is great but very, very ambitious in terms of how long it actually takes to install. And finally there was no recompense offered for a number of parts being slightly damaged during delivery, which was a little disappointing. All in all though, brilliant!

The MyoSauna Infrared - Game Changer

The MyoSauna Infrared has genuinely been a game changer for my health and wellbeing. With heart disease running in my family, I’ve become much more focused on looking after my health, and using the sauna regularly has become an important part of my routine. It’s easy to use, very well made, and I’ve noticed real benefits in relaxation, recovery, and overall how I feel day to day.

The red light therapy has also been a great addition in our home and has made a noticeable difference to overall wellbeing.

We’ve reported an issue with the sauna…

We’ve reported an issue with the sauna twice now, but nothing has been resolved. We were told someone would email us yesterday, but we haven’t received anything.

My husband has also gone through the troubleshooting process with your team, but the issue still hasn’t been fixed. We were told this is “normal,” however this doesn’t seem correct.

The end panel near the feet is not working — there is no heat or light coming from that section. Based on your guidance, the phone conversation with your colleague, and the information shown in your videos, there should be heat coming from the bottom of the sauna as well.

Could someone please get back to us urgently and arrange to fix this issue?

I rarely leave reviews, but the experience I’ve had with Joe and Micha at MyoMaster absolutely deserves a 5-star review.

I recently purchased the MyoChill+ ice bath chiller, and from the very beginning, the level of customer care was exceptional. Micha from the Customer Experience Team responded to my initial email within just 5 minutes—on a Sunday—which immediately showed how seriously they take customer support. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and stayed in touch consistently until I was able to speak directly with Joe regarding the technical side of things.

Joe was outstanding. He was honest, transparent, and took the time to clearly explain the issue and the solution moving forward. What stood out most was his integrity—he genuinely stands behind both his product and his customers. He went above and beyond to make things right, offering additional support and ensuring I felt completely looked after throughout the process. It’s rare to find that level of accountability and care from a company, especially from leadership.

Even beyond the excellent service, the MyoChill+ itself is an incredibly powerful machine. Its performance is seriously impressive, with excellent cooling power and the ability to reduce and maintain temperature with ease. Having previously owned the original MyoChill, I can confidently say this upgraded model is a serious step up and performs far beyond many competitors on the market.

What could have been a frustrating situation was completely turned around by how professionally and genuinely they handled it. Great companies aren’t defined by whether issues arise—they’re defined by how they respond when they do. MyoMaster exceeded every expectation, and because of Joe and Micha’s support, they’ve earned not just my trust, but my long-term loyalty as a customer.

If you’re considering buying from MyoMaster, do it with confidence. Their products are excellent, but their customer service is what truly sets them apart.

Great customer service

My MyoChill stopped chilling, but it was within the warranty. They tried to troubleshoot with me first, but when that failed they sent me a replacement next day delivery. Rachelle was excellent, great customer service. I’m back to my early morning routine 🥶- love it!

Highly recommend the MyoMaster infrared…

Absolutely love my MyoMaster infrared sauna. It’s very well made and heats up very quickly. I’ve noticed a real difference my in recovery and general wellbeing after using it regularly. Great value for money. Highly recommend.

We got there, eventually!

First delivery was prompt, polite and fast, but the sauna did not work. Calls and emails to the support line were fielded by Grace, who had an obsession with demanding a video rather than trying to help, but sanity was restored when Sandra stepped in. Parts were dispatched and the sauna worked.
It does take 45 minutes to get the temperature up to 65, but from there it is pleasant and therapeutic. The only problem is, being 78, I have difficulty sweating!

I had high hopes for this company

Reading the positive Trust pilot responses leaves me totally confused at my experience in relation to many others.

I had extremely high hopes for this company which have not been met at all.

Having looked at the specifications on the ice bath and chillers i decided to go for the myo freeze and myo chill + as i wanted the water temperature to get as low as possible and the main selling point was not having to change the water for up to 8 weeks.

The unit arrive promptly and setting it up was not an issue. I set it up in the garage in February the internal temperature most of the time was around 7-10 degrees.

Before every use i would have a shower to remove contaminants. My routine was to use it one day on and 1 day off for about 10 minutes. Not exactly heavy use.
The unit would run for 30 minutes to 1 hour prior to use and same when i had finished, even on a non use day i would run it just to make sure everything would stay clean.
On the first cycle of use the water was cloudy and starting to smell after only 2 weeks, I wondered if it had done something wrong, i drained the water, even from the pump and cleaned everything thoroughly and fit new filter. Built it back up, filled and tried again.
Same result, after two weeks it was starting to smell like a fish pond.
My thoughts were that the ozone wasn’t working. Simple fix for a company that only deals in a few products and since this is one of there staples i thought they could just send me a new part out.
A few other problems had also occurred such as the unit intermittently not switching on from the app, the fact that not even when the garage was at 7 degrees would it chill below 4 degrees, even if let running for 24hours. Plus a few other things. The unit is very disappointing. It has not delivered on any of its marketing, doesn’t keep water clean for 8 weeks and doesn't chill to 1 degrees.

However, it’s possible that my chiller is just faulty. I just wanted it sorting, easily and in a timely manner.

This is where the real problem started. I sent an email about 5 weeks ago stating my issues and that i believed the ozone wasn’t functioning. After many days i got a response, i was asked for videos and evidence which i provided that day and then nothing for 4-5 days. Then i get asked for more information. Then another 4-5 days between emails and this is how it continued. You are lucky if you get to trade 2 emails a week, on one email i had to wait 7 days to get a response.
This is very poor customer service, i also called on the phone and because a certain person was dealing with my case nobody else could do anything i just had to wait to see when the next email would arrive.
After weeks of snail’s pace correspondence i was offered a replacement, i initially accepted and asked how long it will take to get a replacement but they took so long to respond i emailed back to let them know that i have lost faith in there product but mostly i have lost faith in the company.
Things go wrong i accept that, its how a company puts it right that shows you the quality of them. This is with out doubt the worst customer service i have dealt with for a company with so much promise.
To this day my issue isn’t resolved, i was sent an email earlier this week stating that she would send me a returns label and asking for what day works best for me. I said this Friday or Saturday.
Guess what it’s Friday today and i haven’t received an email from her yet.
The situation is laughable.
I get loads of emails each week promoting there products, if only there customer service was as good as there marketing.
Whats not funny though is that the whole purpose of the ice bath was to add to my wellness regimen, but Myomaster has just brought stress and disappointment.

Great customer service

I contacted Myomaster with regards to my invoice because the price quoted didn’t match the price on the website. I explained that I had a discount code and by return Marion at Myomaster had amended the invoice to reflect the discount. Absolutely no problems at all. Very good customer service.
