Horrible customer service and review
Horrible people and customer service just because I have single name without surname they can't process me to get me a sim for their service. With my bank and other services I am not having any issues at all and this is the first time I am experiencing this horrible experiance. You guys are tech company in nz with one of the fastest fibre broadband still you can't fix this normal issue of single name to issue sim cards and on top of that asking me to give someone else id to apply for your services because your guys cant procces it. It's the worst experience I get not using your service ever. customer name is Arpan.

You could afford two fairly high speed unlimited data mobile sims off contract for the price of less than one from a competitor..
I suppose I wrote the review in the title. I see people have been frustrated by needing to use live support as opposed to a contact number but as I’ve mentioned elsewhere, when I had a problem activating the first SIM I got, the live chat resolved it within ten minutes of their opening hours. I’m getting a SIM for my phone and switching over because the other SIM has worked in my car so well. It really sounds like reckless spending but again it’s so cheap lol
