$25 mobile plan slow for everything
The $25 mobile plan with download cap at 2mbps is almost totally unusable. Everywhere and every time I run speedtest, I get under 1mbps. Browsing mobile web takes minutes to load. I can watch images load in apps which were instantaneous on my previous provider.
I'm considering to port again if this continues.

Well this is a second review of the mobile plan max for some reason they don't tell you that it's capped at 10Mbps which is rubbish tictok just keeps buffering so the plan might be called max but it's only max data so I'll be changing telcos again my I wish nz telcos would stop with all the BS and give us the goods instead of rubbish deals..

Happy so far...
The lady who told me all about the phone plan and organised it from there was fine, very good in fact.
The communication sort of dropped off from there. I couldn't register my new sim and had to as for help. I did get help quite quickly but was told I would be notified to say I'm all go. I am still waiting for the notification. It's ok, I am all go.
I have had internet with MyRepublic for nearly two years now. No problems and delivers as it should :-)

Great service provider - customer service can improve
Great service provider but the customer service I experienced at first was disappointing - I had to call three times before I was able to join their mobile plan even though I was an existing customer from them.

I love MyRepublic
I love MyRepublic! Since moving out of home a few years back I've chosen to use them as my internet provider. They have helped us transfer our connection across 2 moves, and now I am in the process of using them to switch my mobile plan to MyRepublic.
What makes it so easy is that I never have to spend an hour on hold just to talk to someone - in fact you never have to talk to anybody at all since it always just works! In the event you do need to resolve an issue then you can just connect with one of their chat agents easily through the app or website.
This happened once after our first move with MyRepublic, they helped to resolve an issue with our fibre connection. Turns out it was a Vector issue anyway!
No complaints from me about this crowd :)

This is my second review of MyRepublic on trust pilot. These liars advised me that due to the down time (as a result of their incompetence), I would receive a credit for the downtime. Now they have charged me the full bill…. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with and have wasted hours and hours of my time. As per my last review……AVOID!!!
