While their prices are OK it is…

While their prices are OK it is impossible to pick up. Not only order number and photo I'd but a a credit card. I don't have a credit card. I only have a digital that obscures all but the last 4 digits. They said that this was unacceptable. So after driving for 3 hours to pick up. I had to either take a refund or, pay $85 for delivery. Luckily I had had to cancel my credit card due, to fraud and had a new, card in my mail. After waiting 20 minutes to go through the bureaucracy, I gave now waited over 20 minutes in the car park for them to bring it out.

A pickup confirmation was sent on 6 June 2025, which included clear instructions regarding our standard 5-business-day collection window and the required verification documents: a valid photo ID and the physical credit card used for the order.

These measures are in place to protect both our customers and our business from fraudulent transactions, and they are clearly stated both at checkout and in the confirmation email.

Your collection occurred on 25 June 2025, which was well beyond the advised collection window.

Despite this, our team went ahead and accommodated your pickup. However, when asked to present the required documents, there was initial resistance, which caused some delays.

We want to reassure you that our staff worked to resolve the situation calmly and professionally and ultimately released the item once the necessary verification was completed.

We’re also aware of the incident that occurred on-site, including raised voices and distress caused to our shopfront team.

While we empathise that the situation was frustrating, we kindly ask that all interactions with our team remain respectful so that we can provide the best service possible in return.

We do hope that your product is serving you well and that it meets your expectations.

We truly value your time, and we encourage you to REACH OUT IN ADVANCE next time should you have any concerns regarding order collection or policy requirements—we’re always here to help.

Great fridge freezer at an affordable price. Really quick delivery with updates along the way. Great service and a really good 3 way fridge freezer. Love the fridge compartment on top, Plenty of fridge room
And freezer on the bottom. 3 great size freezer drawers. Can see and reach everything now. Best I’ve had in a boat in 25 years.

Terrible! Stay away!!!

I would heavily advise staying away from this company. Customer service is terrible!
I bought an electric scooter which broke within 2 months of having it. Very unhelpful people and all round a company I would never ever use again.

Doesn’t reply to emails

Requested my money back after they wanted $31.24 for what was supposed to be free shipping. But they have not responded to my email or refunded my money to PayPal! Received this in an email after no reply to multiple emails wanting my money back. “This was a mistake on our end, and we're working to prevent similar issues in the future. I understand that this is the root cause of your negative review and I want to apologise for the error on our end.
Once we receive the confirmation that your review has been taken down, I will personally waive the shipping fee and proceed with the dispatch process of your order.”

Our records also indicate that you initially provided an incorrect address, which resulted in the system displaying free shipping. Specifically, you entered 2000 as your postcode instead of 6**1. This discrepancy triggered an error in our system, prompting our customer service team to contact you via email to confirm your correct shipping address and inform you of the $31.24 shipping fee.

For your information, this shipping fee is readily available on the shipping fee calculator located on every product listing page on our website. This allows customers to easily check shipping costs before checkout. We strive for transparency in providing this information. While we understand the default postcode on the calculator may be 2000, you could've easily clicked the calculator and entered your postcode (you are well aware that your postcode is not 2000) to ensure accurate shipping costs and set appropriate expectations.

Furthermore, I reviewed your email exchange with our customer service team and noted their attentive responses. Standard email communication generally allows for a 24-hour response timeframe. However, your 12 consecutive empty emails caused your ticket to be repeatedly pushed down our queue, delaying our team's ability to see your email promptly. While I am unsure if sending numerous empty emails is normal, I can assure you that I tried calling your registered phone number multiple attempts, but these calls were unanswered.

It is disheartening to receive your feedback, especially considering the error originated on your end. As a one-time courtesy, we were willing to waive the shipping fee, understanding that this oversight likely contributed to your feedback. We always aim to provide good customer service to our customers and make sure that all possible solutions can be offered to them. I manually tested your postcode with a dummy order and confirmed that our website is functioning correctly. Our checkout page clearly displays the shipping fee in the order summary, making it virtually impossible to miss before proceeding with payment, unless the address was entered incorrectly.
