I would leave minus 5 stars if it was an option. Ordered a Christmas present at least 3 weeks before Christmas. Never arrived, never received any updates. I finally contacted them about 1.5 weeks after Christmas to be told there was a supply issue and my order couldn’t be fulfilled and I would get a refund. Very disappointed that the only reason I found out about a supply issue was when I had to contact them. Such a poor efforts, will never buy from here again

Ordered an EPZ1600 scooter.

Ordered an EPZ1600 scooter.
Crate in a cardboard box arrived torn metal frame damaged.
Unpacked it only to find the front tyre was flat. Informed Mytopia who in turn sent me instructions on how to disassemble the wheel including disc brake etc and install a new inner tube.( once I had purchased a new one. )
The innertube had been trapped and torn during factory installation,
End result ! $60 refund,
Purchase was over $1000.
Never again.

Movement made a breeze with broken foot

This knee scooter makes moving around the home with my broken foot a breeze. I ventured outside for one of my daughters’ netball games the day after it was delivered and found it was great to manouvre on the courts and amongst people easily too. Very happy with this product

Fraudsters with army of bots and no legal advice.

What do you call an organization that believes it can cherry pick parts of the Australian Consumer Law to back up it's BS claims, believes that its terms and conditions void any customers rights under the ACL (they don't), provides poor quality drop shipped items off ali express, blames customers for issues it causes, claims customers can only return for store credit, claims customers must pay for returns, claims customers must forgoe 20% value in restocking fees and a bunch of other illegal bs?

Well I don't know, because this company operates under so many different names it's honestly been setup as a scam company. Mytopia, Mills brands, the list goes on.

Not only are their products poor quality and dangerous, they want to invoke at every step that a customer has "changed their mind". Nah buddy.

The tons of positive reviews? they're bots.

Their customer service team? Hostile.

Run.

Insert their generic reply below. They've already attempted to have this review removed and to doxx my information.

Below they quote their policies and the acl.

They have zero understanding of the acl and will only quote parts that seem to benefit them and ignore the rest.

This is what you expect from them.

Ombudsman now involved and not happy with their conduct.

2. After being notified of the coverage issue, you provided an alternate address via webchat. We acted swiftly to update the shipping details in our system to reflect this new address, as the order was still on hold at that time due to the invalid first address.

3. Subsequently, you contacted us again via webchat, indicating that the tracking number showed an incorrect address. Upon investigation, it was revealed that the second address provided was not accurate. However, this was the information provided during the chat interaction.

Given the urgency to ensure timely delivery, the information provided during our conversations is crucial for us to process orders accurately. Unfortunately, in this instance, the incorrect address led to the dispatch of the package before the discrepancy was discovered.

Terrible product and service

First, thank you Trustpilot for your help, My topia has collected the broken scooter. However, it's been a week and we haven't heard from them about a refund, and I've written four emails to them with no response. The price of this scooter is $400, which is a big expense for us.

Arrived very quickly

Arrived very quickly. Great instructions although I ordered the large desk so it did take me 3 hours to put together. However works great and looks fantastic. Very happy. Very smooth movement with the sit stand mechanism.
