I first bought an aircon in 2023 (Woods) and received a lot of great advice from Chris. He wasn’t at all ‘pushy’ and I really felt he wanted me to have the best aircon for my needs and budget. I then looked elsewhere and came back to National Heater Shops, because they felt genuine and offered thorough and more personal customer service. I have now had to book in my aircon for a service and Chris organised the pick up arrangements under the warranty within one hour of my original call. Unheard of these days! I rarely leave reviews but felt one was very deserved here.

Excellent selection of cooling and heating equipment at very competitive pricing.

Required some urgent cooling units due to failure of an AHU and Chris was great in getting this confirmed and shipped quickly. Highly recommend.

Ordered some new heaters for a Marquee. The service was excellent with great advice prior to the purchase from Patrick and brilliant customer service from Chris post sale.

I ordered a air con unit which unfortunately the courier had lost in transit but Chris from national heater shops managed to sort a replacement out with no bother at all and made the process very easy.He went above and beyond to help me. Well done Chris.

Why these guys are spamming?

We never signed up for their service, and have NOTHING to do with their niche. They seem established, so why they are mass spamming? "The only website you need to purchase leading brands for heating, ventilation, air conditioning and moisture control."

reply from them with: Our database is based on customer opt-ins." That's untrue! Exactly what time, where and when we signed up to your service? GDPR and the ICO are going to have a field day.

I recently cought a Ecor proDH2500 dehumidifier from National Heater Shops and had excellent service. I needed a heater for my workshop so naturally went back to them. I got a refurbished Arcotherm Cabinet heater with 38% off with all the flue kit. When it arrived ther were a few cosmetic marks. As it is going in an ouside storeroom who cares. I saved a load. They a a great company to deal with - highly recommend

Excellent service. Purchased my Sealey SDH102 dehumidifier with a bargain 30% off. Website easy to use, item was dispatched really quickly and very pleased with it when it came.

Only half of the goods delivered ,I tried to contact the company on several occasions and the phone was put down on me every time . Emailing doesn't produce answers either . Total cowboy outfit, do not use. I had to use chargeback to get our money back .

Excellent! I bought a Honeywell ES800 but there was a fault with the water cooler. I contacted them sent videos and they immediately replied and told me a new replacement model would be sent out to me free of charge! If only all companies were this fast at solving a problem without any hassle. Highly Recommend!!

Unfortunately we were sent the wrong product by an inferior brand which is apparently an 'upgrade'. The product I ordered mustn't have been in stock and came from a different company entirely, which makes me think they just bought a cheaper model off another company and got it delivered to our address.

We has an issue with a piece of equipment we purchased, which required a new part. National Heater Shops was extremely quick to respond, sorted out new part under warranty and got it sent to us asap. Great service.
