Outstanding customer service and knowledge of the products they sell
Without a doubt Naturespy provided me with the best customer service I have ever experienced. I cannot thank them enough for their care and support and their knowledge of the products they sell is second to none.
I bought a camera trap from them in order to record night time seizures, (unusual I know). I required a very fast trigger speed, reasonable audio and long night video recording times. Unfortunately the trigger speed was a little slow on the Bushnell that I first chose by myself so Nature spy sent me three cameras in total to try out over a period of a week in order to ascertain which would be the best for my needs. They offered a wealth of knowledge and advice and the camera they suggested was indeed the perfect fit.
In addition to this they did not charge me for the extra postage or the cost of the upgrade.
I understand that all profits made by Naturespy are used to fund their environmental projects, what could possibly be better!

Speedy delivery
I bought an item from NatureSpy and had speedy delivery of my product.
I did call them for help to set up my item and the guy was patient and helpful (a rare find sometimes for a tecnophobe like me. )
Can't fault the service.

A really good overall experience
Good overall service with great product support and after sales service, the product came beautifully package and it looked like they really cared about the products they are selling and the service they provide, I had to ring and ask a question and they could not have been more delightful to deal with - Nice one Nature Spy I will try and tell my friends - the website is great even if your not buying anything!
