Nine Line Apparel Reviews 

Very dissapointed. The design and printing are great. But the shirts are paper/see-through thin and sized really small. Im 5'9", work out and normally with t shirts a large fits perfect. Their large was more like a medium. Really tight and fabric looks cheap. Won't buy more.

I can't comment on the quality of the shirts yet as I have not recieved them. I placed an order for 7 items on July 25. Today us August 17 and they still have not shipped out. I have contacted them via email and phone and each time they lie and say they will be expedited and will be shipped out. I had hopes of being a repeat customer. I love supporting veteran own businesses. But this is no longer a company I can get behind and support. I needed some of the items for a birthday gift on August 10 and the rest for a birthday on August 20. To say im disappointed is an understatement. If they had just put on the website that items will take a month or more to ship then I could have decided if it was worth the wait or not and planned another gift. Because of this, I can not recommend this company nor will I ever purchase from them again.

Ordered 5 shirts in medium im 170 pounds and 5'9" not a big guy at all, shirts as so small its like i bought 5 shirts from the boys section, requested a exchange for larger sizes 2 weeks later and havent heard anything. Wasted 135 dollars. I try to support fellow veterans but dont buy from these guys.

I called customer service I was trying to be really patient and kind they said they would update me about my order that was like a week ago terrible service they claim be American Patriots but they don't run a business like it next thing I'm going to do is try to get my money back.

So my last order not the monthly subscription. They pushed back the fill date 3 times without giving an explanation even though I asked for 1. There customer service dept. never responded back to my emails and even asked for explanation. Ordered June 23, 2026 and the order finally came 16 July, 2026.

So disappointing. My wife was in Savannah and bought 6 shirts for me because we are all about supporting veteran on businesses and the designs are really cool. Unfortunately, the shirts are so thin, they are like onion skin paper, and the quality is absolute sh/t! After looking on the tag a noticing that the shirts are “crafted” in Nicaragua. As far as I’m concerned, the company is a total fraud, making people believe that the premium that you are paying for their shirts is worth it because not only are you supporting veterans, but American workers. If the shirts didn’t have the flag on them, I’d use them to wipe my a$$, send them back and tell them to keep their sh/t! Stay away from this company and support a real veteran-owned company, that supports American workers! Literally the crappiest shirt you can buy and not worth a 10th of what they sell them for!

Shit communication… makes vet owned businesses look bad. Over a month to get 2 t shirts

Ordered couple shirts from them years ago and they were a solid quality T-shirt. Just received my order 6/12/26 of 3 shirts and their "Large" looks more like a medium or medium/small. Held it up to their older shirt and it's way smaller and putting my hand up the shirt I can see my hand, the shirt is see through it's so dam thin! If I kept these and washed em once they would fall apart. Veteran owned my A$$, more like Made in China.

Just awful. I am writing this review so the next customer does not make this mistake and does not lose their money to this scam company.

I ordered again from Nine Line thinking the worst has been corrected and cleaned up their act after years of me not ordering T-shirts from them.

I would think all the negative reviews would correct the company's quality of shirts and their shipping timeframe. Well.. the shipping was much faster but the quality of shirts is even worse than ever. The shirts are as thin as a women's leg stocking.. not joking here. It can't even be considered a T-shirt to wear. The first order of shirts had fit like it was a kids' t-shirt. They all had to be returned for an X-Large. When I received the Extra-Large .. they fit like a women's dress. There was no in-between. I told nine line this in their emails and I had asked for a refund because none of their "shirts" fit a normal sized Large male.

The shirts were retuned once again and I was given a "Store Credit" for $242 for of shirts that would fit nobody on this planet! They refused to refund my order according to their return policy.

I thought they had their act together but Nine Line continues to be a rip off company that sells complete junk to "Patriots" & American customers for that matter. They seem to know how to circumnavigate their way to keep your money knowing their T-shirts are God Awful!

I sent a complaint tot he Georgia Attorney General's office and I suggest you do too if Nine Line refuses to refund you with their scam T-Shirts that would fit absolutely nobody.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!

So glad they brought back cotton t-shirts. The "tri-blend" feels terrible to me. Any sun and heat while wearing those shirts and they turn into the itchiest shirts on the planet. Never should have ditched cotton in the first place, especially for awful synthetic junk. Could have tried Bamboo or Modal/Cotton blend. But at least you can pick the cotton option again. Its hard to believe all the reviews for this company otherwise. I've been using them for several years. Love their tongue in cheek "unofficial" Star Wars shirts. Better than anything Disney will ever make, thats for sure. Rocking the "No Moon Maintenance Crew" shirt right now [Death Star joke, obviously] and its in 100% cotton, wore it all day and no awful itching like the Tri-Blend stuff.

They haven't shipped my order after 2 weeks, no communication whatsoever. Beware!

I don't like piling on, but 9 Line has gone downhill. Being a Vet, I try to find veteran owned and operated businesses - I got on-board early for just that reason. I've noticed a gradual thinning of the material over the years. The last shirt I purchased, I could literally hold it up and see through it. Yeah, that's bad. I buy T-Shirts for comfort and durability. I don't believe there's enough 'value' as a consumer to warrant purchasing any more of 9 Line product. I sent, essentially this same note to 9 Line. They responded with a 'thank you'.

The T-shirts are very thin, and the neck line was stretched out, just very poor quality shirts.

I bought 1 tshirt from the company. I love thier designs and the fact it's run by veterans. I was going to buy more but just wanted to check one out first. I'm glad I only ordered one. The quality of tshirt they use is the thinest and cheapest I've ever seen.It probably won't last more than 5 or 6 washes..I don't mind paying top dollar for a quality tshirt but they use horrible brand for thier shirts.Not sure what brand it is but probably from China because the shirt is supposed to be x -large but it is smaller.

What terrible shirts.
They are super thin and while get a hole if they are looked at badly. The fit is insanely terrible. I saw reviews that said the shirts "run small" I ordered a whole size larger and it still was too tight...
Over priced, poor quality control. Needs a boycott.

I have been a supporter of Nine Line Apparel since the very beginning, and I cannot say enough positive things about this company. As a proud American, I deeply respect and stand behind the values they represent. Knowing that the company is veteran-owned makes supporting them even more meaningful to me.

Over the years I have purchased countless shirts and other items from Nine Line, and the quality has consistently been outstanding. The apparel is comfortable, durable, and well-made, and the designs proudly reflect the values of patriotism, service, and love for this country. It’s the kind of clothing you can wear with genuine pride.

What truly sets Nine Line apart is what they stand for. They unapologetically support America, our freedoms, and the men and women who serve and protect this nation. Those are values that matter to me, and it’s why I will continue to support this company in every way I can.

I’ve seen some negative reviews online and, frankly, it’s difficult for me to understand them based on my experiences. In my opinion, Nine Line represents the very best of American spirit and entrepreneurship.

I will absolutely continue purchasing from them for years to come and proudly wearing what they produce.

It’s unfortunate because this company seemed to have promise. I ordered 11 shirts from them, all medium. They all fit different. The neck holes are way too Large as-well. The shirts are very thin just like all the reviews say. It’s insane how much variation there is in size. I won’t buy from them again unfortunately.

Ok people my last review i will ever make because i WILL NEVER Buy anything not even a key chain from Nine Line,So in my last review i stated i had ordered a Pink Tank Top for my daughter,Now this is only the second order i have made from them i thought i would give them another chance from the first order a bought a Hoodie w/t 24 hr shipping well that didnt go over to well 11 days later i got it,But listen to this one on Jan 7th i ordered a Tank Top Just one thats it only one well i got it today Feb 02 nd YEP do the math 25 DAYS FOR ONE STINKING TANK TOP..NICE JOB LINE LIVES YOUR NEW NAME... ALL THAT FAME WENT TO THE CEOs HEAD INSTEAD OF FIXING YOUR COMPANYS ISSUES.. OH ALLS THEY CARE ABOUT IS THERE DOGS THEY BRING TO WORK THEY SHOULD TAKE CARE OF THE PEOPLE THAT SUPPORT THEM ( NOT ME ANYMORE )

I wish I had looked at trust pilot first as the reviews don’t lie! Absolutely terrible service from Nine Line. I ordered a baseball hat on the 3rd December & I received an email on the 10th Dec to say that it was being shipped. However, only a label was created and the carrier never received the package. I emailed, got zero response. I called & the person said they would have another one shipped out tha day. Still waiting on an email to confirm shipping so I emailed again - no response and I’ve called several times and I’m being told to leave a message. I contacted their social media page & they said they can’t help with shipping but that someone would email me. They did email but they’re blaming the carrier for losing the package even although the package was never sent to the carrier. They’ve said the cap needs to be embroidered & they don’t have a date when it will be sent! This was supposed to be a Christmas gift. It will be getting sent straight back. Avoid them at all costs, they seem a scam!!!

I ordered a hoodie, and was advised that my item would arrive by a certain date.
Well that date came and went, with NO email update or explanation.
So, I called "customer service", and of course got the runaround.
And why should a customer be required to download another app in order to keep track of their order ?
I can say this unequivocally that when my order finally arrives ( which should be around March of next year), I am DEFINITELY not going to bother to open it, and return it the very same day !!!. I encourage everyone who have left negative reviews to file a formal an online complaint with the Attorney General's office of the state of Georgia. I just did so, and it was a very easy process. It is way past time to hold this company accountable !!!
