Delivery nightmare
Hi,the fridge is great, no issues.
The delivery was an absolute disaster, purchased Thursday, it said next day delivery,it didn't arrive(no problem with that).the tracking email didn't work,no day of delivery,no time frame, nothing.
I rang you guys on the Monday, and was told it would definitely arrive today .Having taken the day off ,it didn't arrive . Tuesday morning i was just about to go to work ,and it landed on the doorstep, no phone call,no prior notice ,nothing .
An absolute shambles of a delivery.
Apart from that ,staff were friendly, product is great.

Doubling down on my honest and genuine experience here is the Edited review for the AI reply below. Order number IE14369453 .Ordered 5 easyzap fly units june 15th. Fast forward 3 weeks and I called to ask whats going on. The order has to come from the UK the girl on the pbone informed me despite it being an irish web domain. so under the pretence of being an Irish site, its sh1te uk customer service and a scam which I have been chasing a refund for over 2 weeks. Going to take this the legal route. Utterly shambolic company to deal with. Stay away
