I love their clothing, especially the sherpas. Great quality products and great customer service. They respond quickly to any queries and they also get their products dispatched quickly too. Overall, great experience!

Shocking service I've placed an order paying for next day delivery I've then received an email saying my item couldn't be delivered due to no code I've contacted Northern garms to wich is was told there will be a £10 charge I've taken the day off work to receive this item im self employed so I lose a days pay due to this mess I dont find this place help full at all and I won't be using them again pay extra for a service dont receive a pin no delivery and then told I'll be charged £10 absolute scam of a clothing place

I have contacted northern Garms to advise delivery hasn’t been received. Unfortunately they have completely ignored responsibility as the DPD driver has left the items by a gate that is accessible to the public, not locked and is also a shared area.

I raised the complaint with northern garms, I then got a phone call from them threatening to call the police to which I agreed they should do and then I got a call from DPD would actually told me they was sending the male delivery driver to my house to resolve the issue. As a lone female this was intimidating, the driver never turned up and I’m still without my £120 plus order!

I would suggest you do not order from these!

Sherpa hoodie was great for about 2 months then developed a hole under the arm. Northern Garms customer chat didn’t want to know and told me to find someone to repair it.

I would expect a £60 hoodie to last longer than a few months, only worn 6 or 7 times.

Not sure where these reviews are coming from. Quality of clothes is awful and customer service even worse. Don’t waste your time or money, you’ll have a hard time getting a refund as the company tries to push credit notes in exchange for refund. When I finally got my refund after weeks of back and forward emails I lost my original delivery charge and had to pay for delivery to send the clothes back. Wasted around £10 in delivery fees. Complete waste of time and money. Stay well away IMO.

Absolutely shockingly poor quality products orders two pairs of the ozark trousers couldn’t believe how cheap they look and are made also the Velcro strap on the cuff just sags as the bit your supposed to stick it to is way to close so it just sags I’ve seen better quality on wish the just look like pyjama bottoms definitely won’t be ordering again from this scam company

This is my first experience with this company and the carriers were very slow to up date their site. Customer services came back to me very quickly and my hoodie actually arrived within four days. The hoodie is lovely and soft and very warm. Love it.

Brilliant service.. Cargos are the best I have ever bought. They are so good I have thrown all my current pairs out and ordered about 10 pairs in mixed colours and other bits. They are really smart and comfortable. I would love to see this brand do really well because from what I have experienced and worn so far they deserve it. This isnt some crappy AI generated review, try a pair and you will see for yourself.

Sent me the wrong colour then would only offer a promo code off a new order despite accepting they sent the wrong colour

UPDATE: Reply below is simply FALSE - their voucher offer for a mistake they made is not legal and I'll be sending all items back and reclaiming via my bank.

Simply not legal practice to think sending the absolute wrong item it's ok to offer future discount. But more the ATTITUDE is the problem to stop future custom, and fabric quality.

I have bought 2 hoodys from northern garms. I bought both roughly about 4 yrs ago and they are still fully intact, even after a thousand washes. They are both comfy, but the one is a sherpa and is MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE. I just gor a white sherpa and I cannot wait to get it.

I like the fit of the cargos and trousers. They're tapered just how I want the fitting to be. Combine with an oversized T shirt, and it's good to go. Top notch style and designs come along and sometimes I got to force my other hand not to tap 'PAY NOW'.

Labels peeled of after first wear before washing wasn't offered any compensation for the defect.

I loved the garms and the pricing was super reasonable especially with offers etc. The thick hoodies are the warmest I’ve ever found. I use them to keep warm at my desk, among other things. Super cool company, totally professional dealing with the wrong item getting sent out etc. T-shirts look great, will be getting some too. Everything is presented fantastically on the website. Highly recommend!

Refunds are rubbish. You get store credit instead of your money back scam artists

No words can describe the dissatisfaction, unprofessional and substandard Customer service & product I received poor material worn 5 times a ripped promised packaging to return it that never came I emailed again received the exact same email promising packaging, I’ve requested a refund and now my emails are being ignored… DO NOT BUY

You know when you buy something online and it turns up looking nothing like the pictures?

Yeah.. not the case with Northern Garms. The fit is absolutely spot on. The cargos are hands down the best I’ve come across, and the sherpas are next level quality. I used to be all about Reiss (with the odd piece elsewhere), but honestly, this has completely changed the game for me.

Genuinely impressed.
